Perfect

Shepherds of Hertford were a joy to work with on selling our property from start to finish. They quickly sold our property for a top end asking price, kept us informed at all times and were simply a joy to deal with. Highly recommend their property selling service.

Personalised and professional.

The whole team at Shepherds were friendly and efficient at all times, guiding us through the sale process. At the first valuation appointment the local market knowledge was evident, and we were kept informed of any developments in a supportive manner.

Great estate agent

Shepherds provided a fantastic service and made what can be a pretty painful experience as seamless as possible. They were diligent and polite, always keeping us updated and doing everything in their power to move the process along as quickly as possible. Highly recommend whether buying or selling.

Would absolutely recommend

Could not recommend Shepherds enough! They were friendly, professional, gave great advice, and ultimately secured me a straightforward, hassle-free sale. At every stage, they were brilliant, from marketing the property superbly, through to guiding it through the sale process. Essentially if you're looking for an excellent local estate agent, go to Shepherds.

Exceptional

Wow what a great company to work with.
Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent team of staff.
Every prospective client was shown around by a member of staff which
was a great help especially if we were working or away.
I would definitely recommend David and his team if you are thinking of moving.

Shepherds have sold 3 properties over a number of years. All three properties were sold very quickly.
Shepherds were very pro - active in communications between myself and buyer and buyers solicitors.
Excellent at keeping me informed of progress.

Exceptional

Shepherds recently sold my house on Foxholes and my dealings with the Company, and specifically Michael de Baisi, were superb. His communication was always prompt and informative and he went the extra mile to ensure a smooth and speedy completion. I never knew selling a house could be so easy. Many thanks

Stellar Service

An absolutely stellar service from Shepherds from start to finish. Far superior to the other estate agents I have used as part of my search for my new home. My contact was Peter Bluffield and he was very friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the deal was done. I highly recommend and will use them again if I ever buy or sell a property in the future! Very happy with my new home and can't rate Peter and Shepherds highly enough.
