Very Efficient service

We have recently completed on our new home. The buying process was flawless and working with Shepherds was very easy. Great communication was key, especially during these challenging times we are living through due to COVID-19 and they definitely delivered that!
We have been kept up to date with all the progress and we really had a great experience buying through them. We would definitely recommend using Shepherds.

Happy to recommend

As we were moving to Hertford from Lincolnshire it was going to be a stressful experience. However, with the support and advice of Shepherds it turned out to be a less stressful event then we had expected. One positive point was that we could talk to member of staff on the phone when we needed advice or information which was very helpful. We would recommend Shepherds and plan to use them again in ten years when we move back to Lincolnshire.

Happy seller

We have recently sold our house with Shepherds. David and the team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Their marketing generated viewings and interest in our property. The advice when offers came in felt honest and like they were working for us, not the buyer. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shepherds to anyone.

Very professional service - would recommend

Shepherds provided a very professional service through all stages of the sale of my flat, from marketing to completion. From initial contact with the agency, once I had decided to proceed with using Shepherds photos and marketing were arranged very quickly and I was very pleased with the results. Staff were always available to accompany viewings and were flexible with arranging these at suitable times. I found that they kept me informed of developments through the process and were very helpful in providing advice during what can be a stressful time. I would recommend Shepherds to other people looking to sell in the area.

Expert advice with great results

Selling and buying our properties through Shepherds was one of the best decisions we made. The years of experience the team had really showed, not only through the marketing and selling of our house but also when it came to purchasing our new one. We appreciated the honest selling techniques and picture quality David, Peter and the team used and we, nor our future buyers ever felt pushed into a sale.

The after care we received from Roz and the team was great. They knew local solicitors and how they worked very well which, made the chain run very smoothly and transparently.

Overall a very professional, expertly run business and certainly a top estate agent in Hertford.
