Clear communication, great service

We have experienced numerous Hertford based housing agencies. Shepherds is by far the most professional amongst them.
I would recommend their services without hesitation. If you need fast, honest and professional service, it is Shepherds!

Excellent!

Can't recommend David and his team enough! Worth every penny! Friendly, helpful, nothing is ever a problem, great support through a bumpy house sale! Would def recommend and use again.

Responsive and honest

After a slightly shaky start the whole process of selling our flat was really well done. I mention the shaky start not as a "bad thing" because I feel David really listened to our concerns about who showed our flat initially and I feel David handled us well when things were becoming rather pushy with our buyers as we were becoming anxious and even sometimes a little angry. David is always responsive, honest and seems to genuinely care. This is the second time dealing with Shepherds and both times have been a great experience. We would like to mention Harriet too, as she "took over" from showing our flat to potential buyers and that first weekend the flat was sold, so special thanks to her too.

Stress free House Sale - Would highly Recommend

David and his team were thoroughly professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
A special mentioned to Peter for taking such time and care when taking the photos to market our property . I would thoroughly recommend Shepherds Estates Agents to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property .

House Sale

I recently sold my house and had the pleasure of working with David as my estate agent. Although there were some bumps in the road to completion, David was instrumental in helping to navigate through them. The estate agent fees i believe to be quite high, but the communication throughout the process was excellent, and I was kept updated every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend David / Shepherds to anyone looking to sell their property.

Wonderful support

This was not an easy time for me, and David and his staff supported me throughout from sale to completion. His advice was professional, sound, personal and honest. Communication was excellent and I was left feeling he and his team really cared about my house move and my happiness.
I recommend Shepherds highly for their professional and thorough service.

Thoroughly recommend Shepherds

Best estate agent by far

Shepherds of Hertford took over marketing my property from another agent, as I was disappointed at the lack of movement. From the outset David was professional and attentive and it was clear from the standard of advice and attention to detail that I was now in an entirely different league. The team at Shepherds are approachable, calm, and go above and beyond what is required to make your sale/purchase as stress-free as possible. They are excellent communicators, answering my emails in minutes, so I never felt as if I was waiting around for a response. When it came to the tense days just before exchange, David was encouraging and supportive, recommending contractors for quotes as the house I was buying needed some maintenance - all done without fuss and always with enthusiasm and good-humour. I have moved many times in London and Hertford, but I can honestly say I have never had this sort of service from any other agent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if I ever move again, they will have my business. Thank you, David and the team.

Outstanding service

My partner and I had an excellent experience purchasing our home through Shepherds, particularly thanks to David. David was always helpful, professional, and proactive, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran as seamlessly as possible.
