Shepherds estate agents

A big thank you to David and Peter at Shepherds for the most efficient and timely sale of my property. I believed the buyers expectations to be somewhat unrealistic but Shepherds were able to assist in ensuring the sale was completed within the desired window. Thank you

Classy experience

I almost exclusively engaged with David at Shepherds in the purchase of our house. It’s was a classy experience, David was down to earth but oozed experience and know how. Despite not being our vendor, I felt comfortable laying my cards on the table and explaining our situations and thought processes and most importantly, I trusted them

Would recommend and consider selling my house with shepherd in future (if needed)

Would definitely recommend

The years of experience and knowledge about the houses in the area shone through from day one and gave me the confidence needed to choose the right Estate agent. I definitely made the right choice, from valuation to completion, I was in good hands with Shepherds.
As a first time seller, I needed extra advice and guidance, which I got from David Simpson throughout the process. No long waits between question and answer, which made it a less stressful experience.

Smooth Sale & Purchase

We had a fantastic experience with Shepherds Estate Agents from start to finish. Our first introduction with David set the tone — he visited our home to provide a valuation and was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the outset.

A special mention must go to Michael, who was absolutely brilliant throughout both our sale and purchase. He didn’t let the ball drop on anything and was exceptional at liaising with all parties involved, keeping everything moving smoothly.

Truly professional service all the way through. Highly recommended.

Seamless from start to finish!

Michael was the estate agent of the buyer when we purchased our leasehold flat and we found him so easy to deal with that we appointed him when we came to selling the flat 4 years later. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable of the property market in Hertford. He offered great pricing advice which allowed us to gain significant interest quickly. This led to an offer 4 weeks later which exceeded our initial expectations and initial valuations provided by other agents in Hertford. The process from offer to completion was smooth with clear communication at all times and Michael was very easy to get hold of when required. We would highly recommend Michael for any future sales and purchases! Thank you Michael!!
