We had quite a difficult and complex sale/buy but David was always at hand with advice, updates and support. We were more than happy with the service Shepherds provided and felt well looked after.

Brilliant Service

I can’t recommend David and his team at Shepherds highly enough
They dealt with a purchase for me and also recently the sale of another property
They achieved a sale very quickly and professionally dealt with the odd issue throughout the process, nothing is too much trouble
I was very happy with everything so if you’re looking for an estate agents in Hertford choose Shepherds!

Fantastic from start to finish

From start to finish, the Shepherds team were fantastic - I really do appreciate the help you all gave me through this process. It can be a very stressful experience but when you have an estate agent and solicitor as good as I did, it makes the whole process so much easier and stress free.

Very professional

Friendly helpful knowledgeable

We would definitely be recommending Shepherds to our friends who want to sell their house. All the interactions with the staff were really positive. Sam took excellent photos and David went the extra mile in the closing stages of the process. A big thank you to all the team.

Shepherds acted as my vendors estate agent. The communication was excellent, the team were a pleasure to work with, always kept me informed and up to date with information, and helped make the transition between my previous and new property so much smoother, no hesitation in recommending their services.

Flat 6 Sale

The service and advice I received from Shepherds has been First Class with no issues at all in letting and recently selling my deceased brother in laws apartment.
I would recommend Shepherds Estate Agents to anyone wishing to sell or Let a property in Hertfordshire.
