Fantastic Service

David and the team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish in my house-buying journey! David has been available at all times of the day and made the entire process easy, as well as being considerate of both my and the seller's interests. I would absolutely work with and recommend Shepherds again!

First Class

We would definitely recommend David Simpson of Shepherds of Hertford to sell your property.
From start to finish they were very professional, nothing was too much trouble, and always there to answer any worries or questions you might have. Cannot speak more highly of the team and quality of service.

Had a great experience buying our home with Shepherds, we were kept informed through the entire process and felt they did a great job at keeping us in the loop and giving updates as soon as they could, which was really appreciated especially as we were first time buyers. Michael especially was great and was always chasing solicitors etc on our behalf, he really made everything feel easier for us. Overall a really good experience!

Supportive and fantastic service

This is our second experience of using Shepherds (this time as a seller) and we were not disappointed. David and his team were incredibly supportive and kept us well informed throughout the process and got our house sale over the line. Thanking you all once again.

Excellent support

We had a very positive experience with David and his Team. We were initially shown around the house we purchased by Karen who was very friendly and helpful. Throughout the purchase process, David was very supportive and proactive as necessary. When we asked questions or needed something pushed along, David was quick to respond with good outcomes. We would highly recommend Shepherds who are very professional every step of the way. Well done!

Expert and helpful

David at Shepherds was always helpful and authoritative and gave us very good advice throughout. He monitored the progress of the sale and gently pushed for the process to move to completion when things got stuck during the conveyancing process.

Highly recommend

My experience of selling my house in Hertford through Shepherds was extremely positive. David, Michael, Peter and Harriet were courteous, understanding, reliable and professional and kept in contact at every stage. They gave good advice and went to great lengths to try and make sure the sale went through with no hitches. Selling my home of the last 25 years was quite emotional for me and I am sure that the excellent personal service I received from Shepherds made the whole thing easier for me. I would absolutely recommend them.
