Great service and great results

Great communication, non stop positivity, and made a difficult journey go smoothly. Both David and Paul are very experienced agents who consistently offered sound advice and were proactive in moving our sale forward. Would definitely use again.

This is now my fourth time dealing with Shepherds either as a purchaser or a seller and on all occasions the “stress” of moving house has been greatly reduced by their calm and assured presence. I honestly can’t think of a single negative comment I could make about their handling of my recent purchase.

I always have faith they will act with skill and integrity, which are hugely valuable and rare traits in general but even more valuable and rare in the world of Estate Agents.

Wonderful Experience

Overall, Shepherds of Hertford was wonderful especially David and Peter. They answered all my questions and very prompt with their communication. They were very helpful through the process and nudged us when we needed it. Very nice people to work with.

Would recommend

The agents at Shepherds were all very professional and easy to work with. Despite a few false starts, we sold our property for asking price and the process was as smooth as it could have been. Would recommend.

Complete Professionals

Moving house can be incredibly stressful but buying my new property through Shepherds of Hertford removed all the anxiety!

The team are complete professionals who are reliable, committed, thorough and patient.

They were happy to answer any questions I had and kept me informed every step of the way.

I am eternally grateful and would highly recommend them.

I recently sold my property with Shepherds, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market.

First Class Service

I cannot fault the service I get from Shepherds and I have the pleasure of working with both the sales and letting teams. The recent sale was a non-standard property and difficult to value. Having discussed with us what we wanted to achieve, David and team took a "try and see" approach rather than just pinning a value that would be likely to attract a buyer quickly. The strategy worked wonders and they took full control of the process. I would not recommend anyone else if you're looking to sell a property in the hertford area.
