Shepherds were very efficient and professional during what turned out to be a very protracted sale. They were prompt in acknowledging and acting upon communications with all the parties in the buying/selling chain, and passing on information.

Very approachable

Professional, very approachable & down to earth & as far removed from usual negative image of estate agents as its possible to get. Honest, totally reliable & true to their word. Can't fault them & would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying.j
