Very professional, first class communication

We made the right decision to ask Shepherds to market and sell my mother's house. Their communication was truly first class and we were immediately kept informed of the developing process at all hours so we could respond without delaying matters.
The team at Shepherds are professional, friendly, reassuring and gave us confidence that they had their finger on the pulse.
I would certainly give my recommendation

Outstanding service

Shepherds of Hertford are a small and friendly team, and are also knowledgeable, helpful and thoroughly professional. Peter B in particular provided regular updates at every stage of our sales transaction, which helped to make the whole process considerably less stressful. I would not hesitate to give Shepherds the highest possible recommendation.

Outstanding service

The service provided by David and his team was exemplary over a lengthy transaction with many issues caused by sellers a long way down the chain.

I don't live in UK and Shepherds communication was impeccable, keeping me fully informed of all aspects of the transaction that was taking place at arms length to me

I would thoroughly recommend Shepherds to any potential buyer or seller

Our move was a protracted process lasting over a year. Throughout shepherds (and David Simpson particularly) demonstrated professionalism, commitment, accessibility and a calm head. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Top class service

We chose to sell our house with Shepherds having had an excellent experience when purchasing the property through them a few years previously. The sale was not straight forward and we are so pleased to have chosen such a professional, trustworthy and reliable estate agent. We received an honest valuation, a team who were really responsive to our needs, and excellent communication throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't fault the service we received.
