A Personal Service

Our choice of selling our house with Shepherds was the right one. They were respectful to our particular circumstances, worked to our timescale and were polite and professional throughout.

Gareth adopts just the right approach when handling the sale completion, in those last few days before your move, when you are stressed and starting to lose your mind!

I would highly recommend Shepherds for any prospective vendor looking to sell their home and who wants to be treated like a human being and not a commission margin!

Always polite staff, whoever you speak to, who always try to help. What can I say, they got a good buyer in a flat market, without any nonsense.

'Super Shepherds'

I have known David and the staff at Shepherds for many years and I have always found them to be totally professional, courteous and always helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very professional service from the initial photography right through to sale. The advertising is better than other estate agents with more time taken to get the right photos. There were a larger number of pictures displayed on-line compared to other agents which makes your home more attractive to potential buyers. In my opinion they take a bit more time to get things right at the start which leads to better results. Great communication at all times. We had a lot of interest in the property from the start and a very quick sale was achieved.

always on top of things

Very good and letting me know exactly where all the other parties were and very quick at moving all of the actions on their end. If/when we decide to sell I would have no concerns with picking them.

Recommended

Shepherds have made the process of buying a new property, something potentially quite stressful, actually very easy for us. All the staff were very friendly and personable, efficient and reliable. Past experiences have not been anywhere near this favorable and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to use an estate agent in Hertford given their high levels of integrity and honesty

A professional and friendly service

Shepherds have provided a good service for the sale of my property. They kept me well informed throughout the sale procedure and were good at dealing with any difficulties that arose. They were also extremely good at liaising with the agents dealing with my new house purchase. Their recommendations for local solicitors were useful.
