Excellent Service

We have moved a number of times in the past and although like most house moves they can be challenging at times we felt that the service from Shepherds estate agents was excellent.
Following the first visit from David to discuss the sale of the property we asked for some time to consider as we were relocating and not fully sure if we were going to move or not. They respected this and there were no following pressure calls chasing us for a decision.

When we went ahead with listing the property Sam handled the sale and within a week of the property being on the market we had many viewings and the property sold quickly.
We felt that the realistic photos and good details from the agent gave an honest description of the house.
Sam was excellent with keeping us up to date of every stage of the sale and helping where ever he could even down to helping with last minute contact numbers for a removal company which was much appreciated.
If Sam was out of the office then Peter and Paula were just as helpful and pushed things along when needed.
Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

The most supportive experience

I am very grateful to Peter who made the whole experience a positive one. He showed professionalism and efficiency and, at the same time, really cared and supported me throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer I appreciated that he understood the challenges and stresses about buying your first home. He kept in touch on a regular basis, checking how I was coping and keeping up, and I felt he genuinely cared to get me over the finish line. Thank you Peter. I would definitely recommend the Shepherds.

Professional and Extremely Helpful

After dealing with a fair few of the local agents I can honestly say your team have been professional and extremely helpful all the way through the sale process. In particular the regular updates were greatly appreciated by both myself and Neal. Overall it has been a pleasure to deal with Shepherds and it is my pleasure to complete this review accordingly.

I would highly recommend Shepherds if you are looking to sell/purchase a property. I have recently sold a property with their assistance and they were very professional through the whole sale process.

Very professional, first class communication

We made the right decision to ask Shepherds to market and sell my mother's house. Their communication was truly first class and we were immediately kept informed of the developing process at all hours so we could respond without delaying matters.
The team at Shepherds are professional, friendly, reassuring and gave us confidence that they had their finger on the pulse.
I would certainly give my recommendation

Outstanding service

Shepherds of Hertford are a small and friendly team, and are also knowledgeable, helpful and thoroughly professional. Peter B in particular provided regular updates at every stage of our sales transaction, which helped to make the whole process considerably less stressful. I would not hesitate to give Shepherds the highest possible recommendation.

Outstanding service

The service provided by David and his team was exemplary over a lengthy transaction with many issues caused by sellers a long way down the chain.

I don't live in UK and Shepherds communication was impeccable, keeping me fully informed of all aspects of the transaction that was taking place at arms length to me

I would thoroughly recommend Shepherds to any potential buyer or seller
