I recently sold my property with Shepherds, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market.

The whole team kept me informed every step of the way, provided clear advice, and was always quick to respond to my questions—nothing was ever too much trouble. The marketing of my home was top-notch, with high-quality photos and a well-written listing that attracted plenty of interest right away.

Thanks to their hard work, my home sold quickly and at a price I was very happy with. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated.

First Class Service

I cannot fault the service I get from Shepherds and I have the pleasure of working with both the sales and letting teams. The recent sale was a non-standard property and difficult to value. Having discussed with us what we wanted to achieve, David and team took a "try and see" approach rather than just pinning a value that would be likely to attract a buyer quickly. The strategy worked wonders and they took full control of the process. I would not recommend anyone else if you're looking to sell a property in the hertford area.

Thoroughly recommend

We recently used Shepherds to sell our family home and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start the entire team were exceptional. Communication was excellent throughout with regular updates and reassurance at every stage right up to completion date. Their professionalism, support and genuine care made a challenging time much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond.

Great Job!

I was very pleased with the service from Shepherds. From the first consultation through to the completion they were professional and proactive throughout. To complicate matters, our transaction had a tight deadline which we were able to meet - great job Shepherds!

The best home moving experience we could ask for

David, Harriet and Peter were as professional, attentive, and reassuring as you could hope for in the inevitably complicated and stressful process of moving house. We're happily settled and hope to be for some time, but if and when we need to move again, Shepherds will be our first port of call.

Superb all round service

Shepherds provided an excellent all round service from our initial contact through to the successful sale of the property. Shepherds always worked very hard on our behalf - ensuring we were always up to date on progress - always working with us to ensure we achieved the house's full potential and going above and beyond keeping both us the the buyer on track. I would 100% recommend them.

Made a difficult time that bit more easy

We chose Shepherds after we lost the sale of our property and two purchase properties over a 1 year period. It was a very stressful time and our previous local Agent was unfortunately more focussed on our (failed) buyer than us. Sherpherds work as a team and whoever is available will pick up your case and act promptly even if the case handler is not available.
Michael, our case handler was exemplary throughout and went the extra mile on several ocassions to push the buyer's solicitors who were very slow and dismissive. Both Peter and Michael worked tirelessly in lock step to bring the transaction to exchange of contracts before the April 1st deadline for stamp duty hikes, saving us £1,000s.
I sincerely thank Peter, Michael and all the staff who helped us with Professionalism and courtesy throughout and would not hesitate to recommend them for all your conveyancing needs. They really know their stuff!
