Fantastic from start to finish

From start to finish, the Shepherds team were fantastic - I really do appreciate the help you all gave me through this process. It can be a very stressful experience but when you have an estate agent and solicitor as good as I did, it makes the whole process so much easier and stress free.

Very professional

We were extremely happy with our recent experience. The staff were professional and courteous at all times. We greatly appreciated being updated regularly about the progress of the sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Shepherds.

Friendly helpful knowledgeable

We would definitely be recommending Shepherds to our friends who want to sell their house. All the interactions with the staff were really positive. Sam took excellent photos and David went the extra mile in the closing stages of the process. A big thank you to all the team.

Shepherds acted as my vendors estate agent. The communication was excellent, the team were a pleasure to work with, always kept me informed and up to date with information, and helped make the transition between my previous and new property so much smoother, no hesitation in recommending their services.

Flat 6 Sale

The service and advice I received from Shepherds has been First Class with no issues at all in letting and recently selling my deceased brother in laws apartment.
I would recommend Shepherds Estate Agents to anyone wishing to sell or Let a property in Hertfordshire.

Above and beyond!

The whole team were a pleasure to deal with - completely professional and still really friendly and supportive. From start to finish the service provided was fabulous, always ready and able to answer any questions quickly and liaise with solicitors and other estate agents on my behalf. David in particular went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went smoothly even through the trickier process of selling an older property. Thoroughly recommend.
