So There Are Estate Agents That Are Good Guys !

When it came to selling my Mother's flat I was recommended to use Castles. Unlike other instances in Life, the recommendation subsequently proved to be validated by the standard of service I experienced. I was kept informed throughout the whole process without being "bothered" with any pointless contacts. What more could you ask for from an Estate Agent ? Granted that the disposal was relatively straightforward, nevertheless I had complete confidence in how the sale was handled from initial marketing through to completion.

Professional and honest service

This is the 3rd time I have used castles to sell our property and again they did not disappoint. They have been in regular contact with us throughout the sale, nothing was ever too much trouble, they gave us sound advice, were punctual, immediately gave us feedback on viewings, worked hard through all avenues to sell our house, very friendly and kind, extremely professional, I never had to chase them for information. A very well organized, professional & honest service with absolutely no stress. I would thoroughly recommend them to potential sellers and will 100% use them again. Thank you Castles and especially Abby for her customer care that went above and beyond.

Very helpful and friendly

Really helpful throughout the process. They always had time to chat, and were willing to provide advice on various issues that cropped-up during the sale process (problems with our house, not the chain)
They even organised and booked the tradesmen required when we came across the problems in the survey, once again taking the stress away from us.
I would not hesitate to recommend Duncan, Sophie and Abby, as well as the rest of the team to anyone looking to sell their house.

Excellent

I have been involved in many purchases and sales but NEVER has one been as smooth and positive as this. All staff at Castles were professional, thoughtful and always available to answer questions.
This was certainly a "no hassle" sale because of Castle's professional staff.

Sophie and the rest of the team were polite, efficient, competent and knowledgeable. Most importantly Castles stayed in touch at all times to make me aware of what was happening. Thank you Sophie for your service.

Very pleased with service and advice provided by Steve and his staff throughout the sale. Not having moved house for 27 years we appreciated the support given to us throughout the sale process.

Mediators of the highest Quality

Putting a selling and buying chain together is difficult at the best of times. To mediate, cajole, and persuade all parties involved requires huge skill. Castles have this in abundance. All the staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent service.

1st class service

This is the 4th time my family have used Castles. We would never use any one else. Castles give the service you would wish for and Steve and his staff sold our property this time within a week. I lost count how many viewers there were.
