I sold my home through Castles after using another agent unsuccesfully. I was really pleased with everything, from the prompt feedback after each viewing, right through to them keeping me updated as the sale went through. The more personal service was a welcome change to the previous agent, so I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend.

Outstanding - thank you

We moved in August 2018 from our home of 32 years. We did initially have reservations about choosing a high street Estate Agent to market our property because the on-line companies appeared to offer great value for money. However, after much consideration we chose to contact Castles Estate Agent based on the personal recommendation of a family member. From the very first meeting with Michael Johnston,we had total faith that Castles would represent our interests fully and take good care of us throughout what can sometimes be a prolonged and stressful process. We were not disappointed, Michael worked tirelessly on our behalf and secured us a buyer very early in the process and at a price that we were extremely happy with. Michael kept us fully informed throughout the whole buying and selling journey to ensure that a smooth and seamless sale and purchase was achieved.We were completely over the moon with the service we received and therefore have no hesitation at all in recommending Castles. A great big thank you from us.

VERY SATISFIED INDEED

I had anticipated that my property might take some months to sell, so I was absolutely delighted to have viewings within a couple of days of Castles putting it on the market and to have accepted an offer within less than a week ! The way the whole thing was handled by Castles was very professional from start to finish. I thought that the way that the property was marketed maximized the chances of success and I felt that the advice I was given was honest and realistic throughout. Above all, I really liked the personal service I was given by Castles, something which I felt was lacking in some of the larger estate agents. In summary, I am a very satisfied customer and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Castles.

Fantastic service, would be sure to use again

Castles, and in particular Ella, were great during our house sale. Really offered us a personal service and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. We were kept informed every step of the way and given help and advice in every aspect of the sale; without Ella, it most definitely wouldn't have gone through as smooth or as quick as it did! Thank you for helping to make it stress free for us.

Brilliant service which i cannot fault. I have never been a landlord before and have to say that Kelly made the whole process easy effortless in terms of finding us good tenants and keepng us updated

Great service, pro-active and efficient

At every turn Castles have been helpful and proactive, heading off problems before they occur. We have been impressed with the service we have received in letting our property. They can be relied upon to go the "extra mile" and compare very favourably to any agents we have used before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

First time selling

I could not recommended Castles enough for the knowledge and experience. Sophie was professional and extremely helpful at every stage of the process.

Highly recommended for sale and rental!

Castles sold me and my partner our first house together in 2016 and because of their excellent customer service and personal approach, we rented our house through them in 2017.

Throughout buying the property there were some unexpected contract issues, but Castles kept us informed throughout the whole process and ensured everything went through as smoothly as possible. As a first time buyer myself I found they were happy to explain anything I didn't understand and took the time to make the whole experience seem less stressful. If we were to sell we would not hesitate using Castles whatsoever.

When we rented the property Castles gave us loads of helpful advice regarding rental prices and although it was only a short term let, they guided us through the whole process again with complete ease and were able to get tenants into the properly really quickly. We confidently opted to have Castles manage the property which was completely stress-free and absolutely no fuss throughout the whole tenancy.

Overall, I would highly recommend Castles for both sale and renting. Their whole approach and support went way above our expectations and we would happily use their services again.
