Buying a house

Thank you Steve for all your patience, trust me I was an agent's nightmare! Steve was honest and straight forward, he worked hard to guide both myself and the vendor through the negotiation process, and it took a while! The office staff are always there to help and any queries are dealt with promptly.
Thank you all once again for your patience and time to help me purchase my new home.

Tenacity and Professionalism

Castles have sold two properties for me in the last year. One of which was a shared ownership property. Throughout both processes Castles maintained their focus and ensured that the properties were advertised and promoted extensively, via a variety of mediums. During two very convoluted transactions they supported me at every stage and their advice was invaluable and always spot on. I have no hesitation in recommending Castles to other home owners

Such a lovely personal service

From the moment we looked at the house we bought through Castles we felt looked after and appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always willing to help out with additional viewings and even dropped the keys to the house on completion to save us going to the office. All staff are very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Castles for looking after us!

Awesome Service

Steve and the team at the Farnham branch have been the best agents we have dealt with in the last 23 years since we bought our first house. Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally and should be a benchmark for other agents.
Regular contact from all involved in our sale including Duncan the company director helped ease the pressure that often goes along with moving home. If we ever move back to the UK I would not hesitate to use them again.

The service from a larger, well known estate agent does not even come close to the excellent service we have received from Castles!!!
They are honest, hard working and professional at all times.

We bought our first house through Castles (Aldershot). Michael Johnson was our estate agent and he was AMAZING!!! He always made sure he returned calls and informed us of any changes immediately ! After having previous issues with another estate agent company Michael helped and supported us so much. Would definitely use Castles again.
