Totally recommend Castles!!

Moving house is one of the most stressful times ever but Castles, and in particular, Marina, made the whole ordeal seem ok! We were kept informed of what was happening every step of the way and did not have to chase for information. The staff in the Aldershot branch were always polite and helpful and messages got passed on and queries were answered pretty much straight away. Never moving again.....but will totally recommend Castles to all of my friends.....thank you!

Excellent service!

We chose Castles, after bad experience with another large estate agent. Their personal, efficient service was outstanding.
Even though our chain was not complicated, we came across some issues, Marina dealt with them all professionally and kept us sane!

Castles were in a difficult position

Found Castles were very helpful with any issues we had and made a point of staying in touch with us. Felt sorry for them as, even though it was a quick sale, the seller was very difficult and kept putting them in a difficult position which in the end they managed well.

First class

Renting through Castles was a really good experience. Communication, prompt responses and general courtesy was absolutely first class. I have had to move on now but will definitely recommend. Thumbs up to Kelly and the team

If Carlsburg did Estate Agency...

I couldn't recommend Castles enough. We all know estate agents suffer a bad rep from time to time, but if any of it is true then Castles, and in particular Peter Turton, would be the exception to the rule. Moving house is stressful, but Castles made it personal, easily comprehensible and - dare I say it- pleasant! I had constant, valuable catch ups, great advise and what I value most of all - honesty. It's great to have someone in the process who you can rely on 100% and that's exactly what Castles provided. I imagine we will move several times before we finally settle and at each point we do, the Castles team will be those we wish to work with going forward. Seriously... If I could give a prize I would! Thanks Peter and Steve :o)

Couldn't ask for more!

Duncan and Marina sold my house in a week! They made the whole selling experience as hassle and pain free as possible. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys.....Duncan even went out of his way to pick up some missing paperwork and deliver it to me, that's what I call a fab service. I felt using a local Independent business would give more of a personal touch than some of the "bigger well known brand names" and I wasn't wrong, Marina and Duncan delivered it in bucket loads. If your looking to sell your house, call Castles first. Thank you guys for all you did :)

Thoroughly recommend

Castles recently conducted the sale of our family home in Farnham. I have to say that under very difficult circumstances they provided a really excellent service. Steve Tebbutt worked tirelessly to ensure things stayed on track through to completion and the whole team was always helpful and respectful.

Castles worked with determination on a difficult sale

Process took much longer than expected due to difficulties that were no fault of Castles. Staff worked with determination to get the house sold eventually. No time was wasted by Castles even though the process took long. The staff used imagination and skill to get it sold even when it looked as though the sale might collapse for a fourth time.
