Nice Staff

I really liked Castles, they were very friendly and understanding. We got terribly lost at our first appointment and our estate agent was very nice about it. I rung multiple times and every person I spoke to made every effort to help me. We have a lovely flat.

The only thing I could fault them on was that they were pushy at times after we expressed interest. We were doing things as fast as we possibly could! Also I did feel that I had to ring a lot to ask questions. Maybe some more comprehensive information needed.

Friendly and professional service

So far I have been really pleased with Castles rental service. The price is competitive with the competition and the staff are very efficient as well as friendly.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Castles.

Excellent Customer Service

I dealt with Castles for about a 12 month period, in the time I was renting a property on their books.

In my dealing with both Kelly and Penny, I found them to be highly professional in all my interactions with them.
They were always friendly and dealt with any tennancy issues I had quickly and efficiently.

I would recommend their services to anyone.

Castles are the best agents in Farnahm

Steve and his team know their market. Their local knowledge and crucially, the awareness of property values set them apart from other local agents who either trade on their name or inflate values to get clients on their books. I would have no issues recommended Castles to family and friends

Great Service

We used Castles as they successfully sold our neighbours home and their valuation of our property was realistic compared to other estate agents in the area. Both Steve and Peter were easy to work with and spot on with their advice. It was plain to see they know the market and the area very well.

Our house was marketed and advertised effectively and viewings were fitted in with our schedule perfectly. We didn't have long to wait before we started to get offers and sell at the price we were looking for.

All round great service and I would highly recommend Castles for your next move.

Excellent Service

As first timer buyers we couldn't of wished for a better service from the team at Castles. From first viewing right through to completion we received friendly and helpful advice including a good recommendation for our conveyancing. Even when the process stalled near exchange of contracts Steve was there to smooth things over and ensured we completed on the day we planned to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castles in the future and will certainly be back when we one day choose to move on.

Impressed and happy.

Without the thoughtful and determined efforts of the staff at Castles, we would not now be happily settled in a property which suits us perfectly and where we anticipate being living for many years. We felt that it really mattered to the team that they found us the right place, and they did. We have good reason to be grateful for their efforts on our behalf.

Thank you

A big thanks to Duncan and Marina and their team for all their support and help with our sale.
Their local knowledge and experience was brilliant and put us at ease with any issues that cropped up, their communication throughout the whole process was faultless, we were always kept in the loop with everything that was going on. Would highly recommend Duncan Marina and their team.
