Would definitley recommend Castles.

Duncan and his team went over and above on the sale of this flat, keeping us updated on the progress of our purchase, there was a slight stumbling point but neither castles or myselfs fault. castles are extremely professional & very, very helpful. i would definitely recommend Castles to all my friends and family in the area.

Simply Amazing!

There are not enough superlatives to say about the staff and service we received from Castles. We were in a very difficult situation and at any point in the last 4 months we could have lost our buyer through one reason or another. The staff at Castles, Duncan in particular, did everything in their power to make sure our sale went through. Our buyer was also brilliant and put up with a lot of delays and we have now finally completed due to the determination and patience of our buyer and estate agents. There are not enough words to thank you all for allowing us to get the new start in Scotland that we have been looking for. You really did offer a personal service and we couldn't have done this without you. THANK YOU all!!!

Definitely Recommend Castles!!

I would definitely recommend Castles! They keep you up to date on viewings, feedback and sale progression. I did not have to chase anything. Duncan and Marina were brilliant and very supportive. Thanks again :)

Thoroughly recommend

Living outside the UK we have to rely on Castles to a great extent. We have been landlords for over 20 years and find Castles possibly the best agents we have ever used. They have been exceptionally helpful in all areas.

Great Experience

Very pleased with the service, with great communication throughout. Moving can be stressful but the smooth transition via castles made the experience a lot easier and far more pleasant.

Great service, great result!

My experience of dealing with Castles when I asked them to find me a tenant has been excellent. They are highly professional, deal with all the queries I have quickly and efficiently, and nothing has been too much trouble. In fact, dealing with them while they found me the tenant inspired me with the confidence to hand over the management of my property to them as well.

Fantastic Service

The team at Castles were exceptionally helpful from the start of the sale process right up until completion. It was very refreshing to be kept well informed throughout proceedings without having to contact the agents ourselves. This was the most stress free sale we have experienced.

Went well

It was not a difficult sale as we were the first to see the property and we made an offer and it was taken off the market. However the Castles representative was helpful and engaging and we would consider using the Company when selling
