A very professional service

A very pleasant and professional estate agent. Good communication with regular weekly updates on progress. Sophie Barrett in particular worked very hard to get the best outcome with the sale and was very helpful and professional throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services.

Efficient Throughout

From the start of the buying and selling procedure we were met with kindness and efficiency which made the whole experience much less stressful. We were kept constantly in the picture and towards completion date we were impressed by the amount of work put in by the whole team. Would thoroughly recommend Castles.

Not much input needed from Castles. Bungalow on the market one day before buyer confirmed. I asked the Estate Agent concerned to help with one small matter which was not forthcoming. Commission earned with minimal input

Stress-Free Sale

Excellent and efficient service from the Aldershot office team. Realistic and honest pricing and advice. From arranging Energy Performance Certificate to photos, brochure, advertising - and being kept informed at all stages. Nice not to be pressured as other Estate Agents, proper service achieved a rapid sale.

Great Service - Highly Professional

Having bought and sold houses for over forty years I can honestly say that I have received the best service in that time from Castles and Steve Tebbutt in particular. Brilliant service!

Castles, and Steve Tebbutt in particular, were wonderful in assisting me with the sale of my Farnham property. I was abroad for some of the time it was being marketed and they kept me informed on progress - I also felt confident leaving Steve to negotiate on my behalf, he had a good understanding of my needs and where I was and was not prepared to move on the price. I also bought the property in question through them 11 years ago and the experience was equally positive. If you want a professional reasonably priced estate agent who really knows the business, don't bother with the other agencies in Farnham - go straight to Castles for your property purchase or sale!
