Excellent Customer Service!!

I have recently purchased property through them, I would say that all staff members are very polite, friendly and professional. The whole transaction went through very smooth and I was informed about the purchase update on weekly basis. I must say excellent customer service and gave advice instantly on all queries I had as first time buyer. In the end, I would say thanks to all staff members for helping me a lot during this big occasion of my life.

Professional listen gets the job done

I wish I had contacted you earlier. You listened gave great advice too. Great photos of my property. Fantastic service. Kelly Evans is professional and a great asset. Very trustworthy and courteous. Castles in Farnham are outstanding. Great prices for landlords and tenants.

Super advice and service

We have been dealing with Kelly who has been absolutely brilliant. She has been very helpful and patient with us. (We are first time renters and have had 9 million questions to ask) Would really recommend her services.

Great service

Being a student I have had to move flat every year. Used a variety of different agents in that time. Castles are by far the best agents I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend them and will look to them first when moving again in the future
