Thoroughly recommend. Helpful, professional and friendly.

Cannot fault Castles in all the dealings I have had with the various staff there. Always helpful and friendly, easy to deal with and cannot do enough for you.

Friendly Professional Service.

My partner and I started our search for a home back in Christmas of 2012. We had found a house on with Bridges and sought to make an offer on the property. The Estate Agent said the property was no-chain and would be a quick sale which was something we required having given notice on our rental and living with grandparents and puppy which was less than ideal. The Estate Agent we used was never available and took weeks to come back to us on the smallest of things for example it took a month to get our sales memorandum sent over to us which we were regualrly requesting (probably every day). After 2 months we were told by a casual call that the seller no longer was able to offer no chain and wasnt prepared to move out, we were extremely upset by this but gave him two weeks grace to get something sorted. He did, he sorted out that he wouldnt leave until November 2013 as he wanted a house that hadnt even been built yet. We then lost £500 worth of costs as we were forced to pull out of the sale. We felt completely betrayed and used by the Estate Agents and never felt as though they really cared about what we needed. It was all about the commision they would earn at the end.

After being burnt and having looked around rentals we stumbled across a house on with Castles.

We called them to arrange a viewing and had it scheduled for that very evening. We met Marina Kisieliovaite at the property and as soon as we walked into the house we knew it was 'THE ONE'. Marina had the lights on for us and the heating was on which made the house very welcoming. Marina is a very friendly, professional who does everything she can to help her customers, regardless of whether they are the buyer or seller. That viewing was 1.5 months ago and we have been in our new home for two weeks. Marina has helped us with the silliest of questions down to collection of our sign and also how to turn our boiler on when we first moved in) she has been a delight to work with and i would thoroughly recommend hers or Castles services to anyone wishing to buy a house. At such a stressful time it is important to have professional people helping you to get you through the sale and Castle's service is leaps and bounds better than the other Estate Agents. Another bonus of working with Castles is that we got a little moving in bag with winea, biscuits and the essentials inside which was a really lovely touch and went down a treat on our first night there. Even my colleagues at work were jealous when i showed them it having just collected our keys!

House buying a selling is always super stressful, and despite a tricky transaction with the purchase of our new house, Steve at castles dealt with everything quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
