Really pleased

Steve gave a very professional and informative tour of the property that we later purchased. He was very knowledgeable about the finer details of the property, and the conveyancing process. He was very straight talking and honest which we found refreshing and we built up a great working relationship. Steve was a great communicator and was always willing to help chase for progression etc. Overall a fantastic experience, thank you!

Excellent Service

I can certainly recommend Castles when selling a house. They have helped me with the sensitive task of selling an older relatives flat on her behalf as she moved to nursing care. They have been very professional and caring due to the nature of the sale. Absolutely no complaints - Thanks guys!

Very happy with service.

We bought our house through the Castles Aldershot team and were very happy with the service we got, they always kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and were quick at responding to any enquiries we had. Would definitely use them in the future.

helpful and easy to work with

Overall nice to deal with, we were in contact with Sophie who always responded and tried her best to resolve the couple of small problems that came up. She always responded in a timely manor. Sophie didn't push too much and came up with some good solutions when a problem raised. When the time comes to sale ourselves we will be asking Castles to quote. It felt like we were dealing with Sophie not Castles, this is not a negative at all, as it's nice someone takes ownership on what is going on. Other agencies have too many departments and you become a number.
I would recommend Castles to buy from.
