Very happy with the service given

Castles and Kelly in particular, were very professional and kept me updated all the way . Very efficient service from our first meeting to finding me a tenant. Would recommend.

Really Helpful Staff

So grateful to everyone at Castle both Farnham and Aldershot, they have been amazingly helpful and flexible with our needs. Definitely use them again when the need arises.

Amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I had such a bad experience with the last agency I used. But Kelly and her team have exceeded my expectations. They are on the ball, honest, and knowledgeable.

Great service

Absolutely delighted with Castles as letting agents. Started off letting thro another agent and whole host of issues with them. Swapped to Castles and it was best decision ever. They have been so professional, approachable, offer great advice and always with a smile. Can't find fault so why use anyone else!

Thoroughly recommend

I would recommend Castles to anyone buying a house,Sophie at Castles in Aldershot was great. She suggested a conveyancing firm, and checked in with us regularly to inform us of how things were going from both sides. If we were ever to move from our new house we would definitely use Castles.

Wonderful Estate Agents

We bought our first property last year in December and from the start Castles (Aldershot) were fantastic. Sophie and Abby kept us in the loop with daily emails and phone calls and went above and beyond as estate agents.

Before choosing properties to view Castles weren't pushy and only recommended viewings for properties that fit our budget and requirements (unlike other estate agents(.

During the process of making an offer and the completion of the sale Sophie was a diamond and talked us through the process and kept an important dialogue with all those involved in the chain.

If you are looking to buy or sell we would recommend Castles. When we decide to sell our property we will not hesitate to get Castles to represent us.

Excellent Service

Thank you Castles for your assistance in selling my parents’ retirement flat. Castles’ valuation was honest and realistic and we achieved the asking price – the other two valuations were wildly optimistic and unachievable, clearly given just to lure us in. Time was of the essence as both parents were both extremely old and in very poor health; Sophie did her level best to keep the negotiations moving as quickly as possible – two sets of solicitors plus a Housing Association who would have tested the patience of a saint. Sadly my mother died during the sale and my father just 10 days after completion so this was a very difficult time for us, but Castles were at all times courteous, professional and efficient. I would recommend them.

Friendly and helpful.

I would recommend Castles to anyone buying a house. My other half and I were kept well informed of proceedings, and the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I have dealt with a number of estate agents in the past, and to be frank, Castles stood out from the rest.

Higley Recommended

I am extremely happy with the service I have received from Castles. Due to my personal circumstances I have had to relocate and therefore put my property up for rent. For someone who is new to property letting this felt quite daunting . However, Castles were able to find me great tenants within my required time frame and have taken on the stress of managing my property for me .
Hannah and Kelly, who are managing my property have been excellent in communicating with me throughout and it has been a real weight off my mind to know my house is in great hands.
