Professional and Helpful

Thanks to Castles, especially Steve who was very helpful, friendly and professional, the purchase of my property went through very smoothly indeed, and I was kept informed all the way up to completion. I would definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

A fantastic and professional service by the Aldershot team especially Marina, what really impressed us the most about the service we received was their sheer determination to finding the right buyer for us, they kept on harding work to get buyers through the door with a follow-up call, always after the viewings, this all resulted in us accepting a full asking price offer and then a smooth hasslefree completion. Excellent service all round, A+, Thank-you.

A Smooth and Quick Sale

Considered several agents in the Aldershot area, chose Castles for their honest no-nonsense approach. Their recommended asking price seemed fair and sensible, not likely to put potential buyers off but not undervaluing the property either. Their marketing of the property was obviously effective - viewings and offers followed rapidly. Property took only about three weeks to sell at full asking price. Couldn't be happier.

Refreshing change

Over the years we have tried just about all the other Farnham letting agents and been pretty much universally disappointed.
A friend who had been letting his property recommended Castles and with several flats to let we thought that we would give them a go. We are still in the early stages of our relationship but the omens are good. Staff are efficient, effective and very welcoming. Stuff gets sorted very quickly and the relationships with the tenants seem to be good too.

Great Service

Having been disappointed with the results of the first agent we used to market our property we immediately felt comfortable with Castles. Communication about the sales process was always forthcoming and feedback from viewings was always passed on.

Once we had accepted the offer the hard work didn't stop with Castles working hard to ensure that the sale progressed as smoothly as possible.

First Class Service From Start To Finish

From the very start of the process Steve and his team made us feel confident in their ability to sell our house at the right price. The marketing and photos were excellent, we received feedback after every viewing, and once we received an offer Steve kept the momentum up and ensured that any queries were resolved without any delay. We would definitely recommend Castles to all our friends.

Very happy!!

We're so happy with the service that we've recieved. Selling a house is a difficult thing to do but Marina sold it within a week! There were some issues during the process (as you would expect) but Duncan took great care and attention to dispatch them with ease and confidence. Use Castles - they sell your house AND look after the sales process, start to finish awesomeness.

Steve and his team went over and above the call of duty, not only keeping us updated on the progress of our purchase every step of the way, but also smoothing the process along whenever there was a slight stumbling point. We will definitely recommend Castles to all our friends in the area.
