Very professional and efficient

My experience with Castles has been excellent. Staff is helpful and efficient. I needed to get things done quickly, and Castles' team did all they could to help. Email queries are replied to very quickly. A very professional team!

King of the castle!

We had to endure a couple of major set backs which took two years to finally get resolved but throughout the whole long and arduous process Steve stuck with us made it as tolerable as possible. He never let us give up hope and for that we are eternally grateful. The rest of the staff at Farnham were also great.

Very well handled

This was a rather protracted sale due to difficulties with both buyers and solicitors, but tenacity achieved a good result in the end.

Professional operation

We initially decided to sell our house through Castles because they were marketing a house we wanted to buy. This was a great decision. Castles were able to sell our house within a couple of days. It transpired our purchase was a lot more problematic due to a water leak causing a lot of damage. However the castles team (particularly Duncan and Sophie) handled the long drawn out negotiation process with the upmost professionalism and kept us updated at every step of the way. Their friendly customer service and sound advice helped to make a long bumpy journey much less stressful. We also used Castles' in-house mortgage advisor - Steve. Surprisingly he was able to share his expertise in the comfort of our own home - a personal service we were most impressed with. To summarise, we are delighted with our sale, purchase and financial advice from Castles and would definitely use them again.

Amazing service

The team at castles in Aldershot were outstanding in every way during the whole process of selling our house. What was so special about all the staff I dealt with there was that it was so friendly and personal ,without losing any professionalism. Darryl, Duncan and Sophie gave good friendly advice, sometimes on a daily basis, to which I am so thankful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house.
