Great service

We went to Castles as we saw a house we wanted advertised with them. We decided to offer on the house and so put our house up for sale also with Castles - done on the same day. Unfortunately the sale fell through a couple of weeks later and we had accepted an offer on our house. As moving wasn't a must we accepted the fact that we'd missed out and may have to pull out of our sale until the very specific type of house we were looking for came on the market. Duncan and the team went on the hunt and actually found a house that wasn't even on the market and matched our tick list and was/is perfect. They really helped us out and also helped our buyers by completing the chain. Nobody likes estate agents but fair play these guys made it bearable

Great result, smoothly obtained

Thank you to Steve Tebbutt and all his staff. The sale of our mother's house went smoothly, Steve took the worry out of the sale for us. His advice was good and he went along with what we wanted. We would thoroughly recommend Castles Farnham to anyone. Once again many thanks.

Castles Aldershot

I recently bought a flat through Castles. Most of my contact was with Duncan. From the first viewing to collecting my keys, the service was very good. Everything happened smoothly, and he was very good at communicating with me, the seller, and the solicitors. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The benchmark for other estate agents

I have now dealt with Castles in both a buying and selling capacity and when it came to sell I did shop around before choosing them - I am so glad I did. The bigger estate agents are all about marketing and billboards but they don't focus on the importance of the process and that's clear from people within our chain as we sold. Castles were brilliant from start to finish and special thanks to Sophie @ the Aldershot branch who is an absolute credit to the company. She was always a pleasure to deal with and made what can be a painful process a lot lot easier.

First Time Buyer Success

Very helpful information and contact from Sophie during our first time property purchase. We didn't feel silly asking the little questions. The responses to our queries were prompt and helpful.
The welcome pack into our new home was a very nice touch.
We would definitely recommend Castles as a friendly local estate agent.

You get the service you pay for

Castles Estate Agents have managed our last two house sales. You undertake house moving so infrequently you need someone to guide you all the way. Our house sale was a little more involved as it was an underpinned property. Steve Tebbutt's advice and guidance was invaluable.

We were steered through every phase of the selling process. What struck us was how well Steve managed our buyers. He found the perfect balance between both parties and made us both feel in control & command of events

As an aside, the property we purchased was through an online agent. We have never experienced such poor service. Once they have the sellers upfront money and posted the details online they step back to find the next seller.

They never made contact with us. Both ourselves and the house seller gave up with them and we communicated directly with each other. If your house cannot sell itself they will not put any effort in to support you and if you want informed professional guidance you will have a long wait

You get what you pay for with Castles - good old fashioned service and full attention.
