Outstanding !!! Highly recommended

Being a 'first time buyer' everything seems so confusing and complicated, castles (Marina and Sophie) made it the complete opposite!
The advice and service was so quick and efficient - Marina and Sophie have been absolutely brilliant during the whole process, keeping me up to date with emails and calls and answering any 'silly' questions we had (although to them no question was a silly question)
I highly recommend using castles and I'm sure any customer wouldn't be disappointed.
Any need I had was quickly met - I couldn't had wished for better service !

An excellent team

All the team at Castles did an excellent job, keeping us from being downhearted when our buyer dropped out and getting straight back on the case to find us another.
Despite a few nervewracking hitches and hold-ups, the whole experience was surprisingly easy and exchange and completion was relatively fast. We would recommend Castles to anyone as a very efficient and caring team.

Great Agency, poor referencing experience

Overall Kelly has made this a very good experience despite appalling experience with the referencing agency, which was a shame as this was unusually helpful agent who genuinely wanted to help and get me to meet the end result i.e. rent the desired property,

Excellent Service

My wife and I have recently rented a house through Castles and have been very pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole process was. We are primarily dealing with Kelly who is knowledgeable, helpful and highly professional; she has responded quickly to emails and queries and provide the highest standard of customer service. We have also dealt with other staff at Castles, and found them to be equally friendly and professional.
The application and vetting processes at Castles are straightforward and fuss-free, unlike some other agencies we have dealt with!
We could not have wished for better service and strongly recommend Castles to anyone thinking of renting.

Exceeded expectations

One thing is clear, the big boys are not the best when it comes to local estate agencies. Castles, Marina in particular, was fantastic. Great communication (even though we were based overseas) and a wonderful willingness to go above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and pain free means I can, without hesitation, recommend Castles to anyone looking to utilize an estate agent for anything in the area.

Thank you Marina for your dedication

Special commendations to Marina at the aldershot branch who helped us sell 2 properties. Without her help advice and commitment to us it would have been very difficult. Her consistency and accessibilty at all times made the process very smooth.

Thoroughly recommend

Castles provided an excellent service. Marina and Duncan always kept us in the picture through out the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are selling your home.
