Thoroughly recommend

I would highly recommend Castles. Our point of contact, Sophie was very helpful which we really appreciated as first time buyers. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt we were in safe hands.

Very professional and always helpful

Steve and Natasha were always positive and helpful. They really worked hard to get the deal through. They were knowledgable, very easy to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent Service

Castles have provided an excellent service as our Estate Agent. We can recommend Steve Tebbett at their Farnham Office who was both attentive and also gave sound guidance through the buying and selling process.

Excellent & attentive service

We viewed & purchased a house with Sophie's assistance. The service from our first viewing to exchange has been excellent. Although there have been numerous legal hold-ups Sophie has been consistently contactable and attentive and has ensured the progression of our purchase on an almost daily basis. We could not have hoped for a more professional and friendly service. We would definitely recommend Castles.

Nicely surprised

After many bad experiences over the years with Rental & Management companies, I was surprised and very pleased with the way we were treated by Kelly of Castles. Very responsive, very professional, helpful and actually did what she said she would do !!!

Brilliant

All of the staff are lovely even staff who aren't involved in the letting for our property.
All polite and you get the full picture from them and they don't hide anything from them.

First Time Buyer

I was definitely the clueless first time buyer who wanted to be independent but found myself having no idea at all! However Abby at Castles Aldershot was fantastic, ringing once a week throughout the sell and ensuring me of the process- even more then the actual solicitor! I had lots of bumps but managed to find my beautiful property, so I'm very grateful Abby and everyone at Castles. Thank you.
