House sale

I can not Thank Steve and Peter enough for the help they gave me when I was selling my late father's property. All staff were friendly and helpful and thoroughly professional at all times. When our buyer dropped out, just at the point of exchange, no time was wasted before new buyers were found. Steve and Peter were always available to answer any queries and if not they called back very shortly after, they made the experience less stressful than it could have been. I would never hesitate to recommend Castles to anyone.

Great Service

I have been massively impressed with Castle’s service over the past few months. They have been exactly what I wanted in an estate agency, consultative, knowledgable about the local market and wider UK housing trends, honest and hard working… I couldn’t recommend then highly enough

Got the job done

A tricky purchase with a sitting tenant. Forget the solicitors you can rely on Steve at Castles Farnham to get the job done. All staff in the office very friendly and helpful. Moved in today - tired but happy in my new home. Thanks.

If only all estate agents were like Castles.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Daryl. The solicitors made the whole process a complete nightmare, but Daryl was always there to keep things moving forward, providing me with updates and reassurance that there was light at the end of the tunnel. I cannot praise him highly enough.

Exceptional service

Living in Australia and was selling a property in Farnham. I was expecting a nightmare, however Castles, and Steve in particular, made the whole process run smoothly and effortlessly from my side. A buyer was found within a day, I received the full asking price, and most importantly, Steve was always available to advise and guide me. Pro-active, responsive and positive. I would highly recommend Steve and the Castles team to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property in the UK. Thank you guys!

Friendly and helpful

We cannot thank the people at Castles especially Duncan for all the help we have received with regards to selling our house. It has not been an easy journey but Duncan has been there every step and we feel he has gone above and beyond for us. We also thank Marina who initially started us on our journey. We highly recommend Castles and cannot thank them enough.

Excellent service

Great professional service!

My first experience of selling a property was very stress free thanks to castles. The staff constantly kept on top of the progress/solicitors etc and communicated back to me on a regular basis through e-mail or voice messages. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Extremely happy

I am delighted with the polite and friendly communication received. Everyone at Castles have been very helpful and honest with me which I really appreciate. Welcoming, trust worthy and real. I am very happy with the way in which Castles looked after me and helped me with my sale. As a new seller, I needed help and Castles were more than happy to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Castles as well as definitely use them in the future.
