excellent service

I registered with Castles in September 2013. They showed me properties i was after in the areas i requested. Contact by phone and email and always got back to me if i had any questions. Marina from aldershot Castles was polite and assisted me throughout the purchase of my property. I was not pestered by Castles unlike most other estate agents. Great service! Thank you Castles for my new home.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!

My partner and I recently made our first purchase through Castles, from viewing to completion it was just a matter of weeks, everything ran smoothly and we were updated every step of the way! We felt totally in the loop and wouldn't hesitate to recommend steve and his team to friends and family. The service they offer feels so personal and unique, they really know their stuff! We are so happy with our new home

I am a fan

I like to think that i am a professional buy to let landlord, and as such like to deal with people who know the business, Steve and his people are the ultimate . I will use them always. Great advice, great service, and i am not being paid for this.

115 Upper Hale Road

Moving from Cambridge to Farnham was quite a daunting prospect, with it being a 2 hour drive and a completely new area, we knew we wouldn't be able to pop by after work to viewings so we were very much stuck to internet searching.

We found the house on the website and rang Castles quite late on a Friday afternoon. They were very helpfull and quick in arranging a viewing at very short notice for the weekend as we happened to be in the area.
From there it went from strength to strength and throughout the process we had plenty of advice and contact with everyone within the team. We were kept well informed and helped through the purchase when it was needed. We had evenings where we had extra questions and queries which Steve was all to happy to field with some being past 8-8.30 at night which we were extremely gratefull for.
They probably began to tire of hearing the House or our voices but never let it show!

Another important step being first time buyers was speaking to the independent mortgage adviser who was extremely helpfull put all the jargon of mortgages into real english which proved instrumental in helping us understand what would suit. Again he arranged to come in on a Saturday although not officially a day he worked so that he could meet us.

I have no doubt without the teams help, the process would have been a lot more bumpy and am relieved we managed to get through the process unscathed.

We had heard very positive things about Castles prior to the house hunt and it very much lived up the expectation. Thank you for your help.

Would definitely recommend

We tried to sell our house unsuccessfully in 2012, using 2 different local estate agents. We decided to try again using castles this time round and I wish we had gone with them first time. They were hard working, tenacious, easy to contact and friendly. They made a stressful and complicated move much easier due to their professionalism and above and beyond service. We had many more phone calls to and fro due to our circumstances than i imagine most sellers do and they never failed to take the time to explain and find out things for us. They even offered us advice on our purchase (smartmove were handling this side of things and were far from helpful!).

I would definitely use castles again and certainly reccommend them well above the other local estate agents we have had experience with.

Lovely, helpful people. Highly recommended!

We are about to start letting through Castles, and despite the stress of moving at Christmas, the staff, especially Kelly, have made the process smooth and easy, and have been on hand to answer all of our questions. We are now thoroughly looking forward to our tenancy with Castles and our gorgeous new house!

Efficient & Friendly
