Would definitley recommend Castles

Castles are in a league of their own when it comes to estate agents, they are thourgh, extremely professional & very, very helpful. If we were ever in a position to sell the property we have just purchased we would use Castles & would also advise friends & family to use them.

Recommending Castles

Castles handled the sale of my property and it was a straight forward and hassle free process from beginning to end. Care was taken to photograph the property attractively and the friendly and customer-focused team worked hard to get people through the door to view. Imagine my delight when I was offered the full asking price following the third viewing and the sale completed within 6 weeks. Castles called with a weekly update and moved things along with both sets of solicitors; I really couldn't have had a more positive experience and would highly recommend selling or buying with Castles.

Thoroughly recommend

Quality Professional Service

Landlords requires a professional service from their letting agent which includes quality clear advice, timely service and an appropriate person who can be contacted when needed. Castle's have provided this.

I have found their service to be first-class.

Fantastic from start to finish

We had spent almost a year looking for our first home together and not had much luck in the process - we were gazzumped and 2 properties fell through - and so didn't have a very high opinion of estate agents. We viewed our, now home, with Peter who took time to show us around twice and was then fantastic throughout the buying process as it wasn't a straightforward buy. Even while he was on holiday we were dealt with by other members of the team from the office, but each time was hassle-free as everyone knew from the second we gave our name all the details of our purchase and what stage we were at etc. We had dealt with A LOT of estate agents previously and Castles have exceeded our expectations by far! We are very impressed with the outstanding service and would highly recommend the Castles team. Thank you also for our moving-in goody bag!
