Way beyond expectations

From our first meeting Steve gave us nothing but good, sensible advice and he and his team kept us well informed throughout the entire sales process. Having started viewings within the first week of the sale they managed to get offers almost immediately and then achieved a sale in excess of our asking price. The whole process was clear, well informed and efficient. I can think of no way that the sale of our house could have been bettered.

SOLD IN A WEEK!

I have been very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the Team. Great care was taken to ensure the photographs were of a high standard.
I didn't want a "For Sale" sign outside, and was not pressured to do so, but I was only too happy to erect a "Sold" sign once under offer!

King of the Castles !!

'King of the Castles'

We have just made an emotional move to Canada as a family having lived in Farnham our entire lives. In order to facilitate that move we had to sell our property in Farnham.
Estate agency in the local area seems to have become a very competitive business especially now with many people using the Internet rather that registering with an agent, It is easy to be drawn in by a flashy suit and an offer of a low rate of commission, particularly in the current financial climate when times are hard. We ourselves were blinded by this and chose a 'good deal' over a quality operation at first.
With no success we went 'cap in hand' to Castles who we had used to sell and buy houses through in the past. Steve Tebbutt (Castles Director at the Farnham Branch) showed his usual expertise and local knowledge to price the property correctly and advertise in the relevant areas. Within weeks we had sold and we left the property with the sale in process and emigrated. Sadly the chain fell apart and although we retained our buyers we had to re advertise. This became a stressful situation especially as we were 5000miles away. This is where Castles came in to their own, we left Steve with keys and he looked after every aspect of the chain there after. Despite the distance and time difference he responded immediately to any queries or questions we had by phone or email, and kept us up to date with everything at all times, chasing sometimes every day more than once a day.
Having been in the business as long as he has , Steve has built up an extensive knowledge of the local area and has many contacts , solicitors etc whom he can bring on board where necessary.
His advice is honest and trustworthy and is backed up by a wealth of experience and integrity  in his field.  Estate agents are often labelled and our experience this time has proved to us that , that label is often justified. However Steve and his team at the Farnham office epitomise everything that we expect from a local firm, they know their market , they are not in the business of having a huge catalogue of houses ,that they lose track of and cannot manage effectively ,and most of all they go out of their way to ensure that the match between seller and buyer is not just a sold board for them but an effective chain that looks set to proceed ! Many thanks Castles you have reminded us to always look for quality over quantity and to look at a local , reputable business instead of the bigger chains.

Castles Staff have been so helpful in letting our property. They have taken all the stress from us and been so efficient and considerate, also professional. There is always a warm welcome at the office and a positive way forward. Thank you to Kelly and all Staff at Castles, Farnham.

Excellent service

We have only good things to say about our experience with Castles and Kelly in particular with whom we have liaised in the main. They are professional, thorough, understanding and do what they say they will. We would highly recommend them to landlords.
