Extremely pleased

Having had bad experiences in the past being a tenant with Castles has been great.

If there are any problems with my flat (very rare) they are quick to respond and keep you informed every step of the way.
Very pleased with the service they have provided.

Thoroughly Recommend

I live abroad and place a lot of trust in the advice and help of Castles staff. So far my trust has been rewarded beyond my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

Professional & Helpful

Thanks to all at Castles for your support in making our move as seamless as possible - particular thanks to Duncan & Neil. This was our first purchase together and the team talked us through the process and kept us fully updated the entire way through....even when there was 'no news' we received courtesy calls to reassure us that things were happening in the background. Would definitely recommend Castles to other purchasers.

Couldnt Have asked for more

I was pretty reluctant to have to use a letting agent again to rent out my property following problems in the past- However Castles have been really good so far- long may it continue!

I found a House Quick, Quick!

The Castles staff did their absolute best to make sure I got the property we needed as a family and they did it in quick time too!

They were very patient as I tried to sort out things on my side which I appreciated a lot.

We are thrilled in our new home and are glad we contacted Castles at the beginning of this journey!

Faultless Service

Courteous, efficient and attentive service from point of initial contact through to finding a tenant, inspecting the property, collecting the rent, keeping in regular contact with me and trouble shooting. I can't recommend Castles highly enough! Steve gave us extensive (free!) initial advice re. the question of whether to sell or to let, and Kelly has provided an ongoing excellent service ever since.

Efficient and helpful.

Our sale took a long time due to problems further up the chain and Castles were excellent at keeping our buyers informed and up to date with progress. All the staff at Castles were friendly and helpful and took some of the stress out of the sale! Thank you to everyone involved, particularly Duncan.

Professional and efficient

We dealt with Kelly at the Farnham branch for both the check and and then the check in of our tenants.
She was professional, efficient and effective when dealing with a number of potentially 'difficult' issues.
We feel confident renting out our house through castles.

Great Service from Castles in Aldershot

Duncan, our estate agent at Castles in Aldershot made the entire process of buying our 1st home very simple and easy.

Even with one or two hold ups along the way due to complications with the seller, Duncan kept us up to date and well informed. As 1st time buyers it was great to have his expertise and honest opinion throughout. Would definitely recommend.
