Best in Aldershot

Compared to the attitude / behaviour of some of the other "larger" estate agents in Aldershot, Castles was far & away the best. Prompt on their appointments, (others almost invariably late), turning up for appointments, (others occasionaly did not bother), arranging viewings, (others seemed to find this far too much of an effort), sending me the information I asked for, (others mostly didn't) & generally being as helpful and civilised as they could throughout the process.

A Good Service

Duncan Pate and his team at Castles Aldershot were very pleasant to do business with. They kept all appointments, regularly monitored my sale and kept me informed.

Thoroughly recommended

Excellent Service

Can't fault Castles and their staff. Courteous through the whole buying process, knowledgeable, friendly, and always kept me upto date with progress and communicated well up/down the chain.

Thoroughly recommended - which I have done already with friends and family.

And when I picked up the keys to the new place, the welcome bag was the icing on a great service.

Very helpful

Kelly has been great she has communicated with me all the way through the procedure.She has been very helpful and supportive she understood my situation and found a way to work round it to get the right outcome brilliant not only am I happy with the service she gave us but I'm happy that were moving into our new home so quickly thanks kelly for all your help!
