Great service. Made the deal happen

The whole sales process was dealt with efficiently. The sales team at Ashington Page arranged 14 viewings over one weekend at very short notice and the house sold very quickly. Belinda was pivotal in ensuring our buyer was kept informed and when there was a very real wobble towards the end of the process Belinda stepped in and helped save the sale and get our buyer the info they needed to be happy. I couldn't recommend Ashington Page highly enough.

Fantastic service throughout the process

I used Ashington Page for both the sale of my old property and purchase of new. It was tricky navigating a house sale during lockdown and with a young family, but the team at Ashington Page did a great job finding prospective buyers. Once the house was sold and our purchase was underway, they were very professional. They kept in touch with all parties and solicitors to ensure everything was on track and were able to recommend a fantastic local surveyor for us to use. If we were to move again I will absolutely use Ashington Page. An absolute pleasure

The staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout what was a difficult time during the move, because of the obvious. Julia was lovely and if she wasn't available, there was always someone in the office to deal with me so that everything ran smoothly.

Best Real Estate Agent I have dealt with

Purchasing a property via Ashington Page made a stressful experience as pain free as possible. We managed to go from offer to exchanging in 5 weeks, and completing a week later. AP were instrumental in managing the sellers expectations, and helping move along the process where they were able to.

Angela's ability to manage difficult clients effectively positively contributed to the purchase being completed in a timely manner.

To those selling a property, I'd recommend Ashington Page. As a buyer, their knowledge of the property was very persuasive.

Ashington Page is Brilliant. Absolutely Brilliant!

If you are looking for someone to provide additional support while buying a home and ensuring everything runs smoothly, I highly recommend Ashington Page.
I found each team member very passionate about their work and transparent and truthful at every step. I am very grateful for their service, and I will take every opportunity to engage with Angela / Gareth and the team for our home needs and future buying/selling.

A delight to deal with

A very difficult time for us, selling the house where my late mother lived for 25 years. Ashington Page handled everything with ease including my own nervous and at times impatient disposition. So often when dealing with Estate Agents, I've questioned in whose best interest they are acting. Not so with Ashington Page. Reassuringly calm and utterly professional at all times, I actually felt like a respected client.
