Above and beyond

Amazing service and experience with the Ashington team from start to finish. From the professional marketing, the friendly agents and the determination to see it through to completion. Always a pleasure to speak to and I never had doubts we would be moving, albeit would not have happened without the tenacious and diplomatic way Angela maintained progress and positivity in the Chain. This is my second successful move with Ashington and I would highly recommend.

House Purchase

We were purchasing a property from this agent. Communication and response was good, we were in a very long chain (us in the middle) and the response rate higher up the chain was very slow and frustrating but Angela kept us as informed as she could.

Great service on a tough sale!

Despite Covid and the Lockdown, Ashington did a great job in the most trying of circumstances. We had to take the property off the market twice - first because of a delay on our new apartment and then again after we had our first offer. That sale was cancelled after lockdown as the buyer's finances suffered.
Ashington stuck to the task and once it was back on the market we had several offers.
The Exchange process was then hit by all the delays associated with Covid and Tracey and her team did everything possible to move things along. I could not have wished for better service.

MOVING DURING LOCKDOWN

I cannot speak too highly about Tracey - from the first time we saw our new house until I went to the office and got the keys. It proved an extremely difficult job to try and move during lockdown but we could always contact her and she was speaking to other Agents and Solicitors daily to hurry the process along.
I would recommend her to anyone thinking of moving house.

Helpful and professional

A really professional service with the house we just bought through Ashington Page. They kept us informed all along, and dealt with all my questions quickly. From the initial viewing, to collecting the keys last week, they've been great and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service from a great team

We had a tough time trying to sell our house with a previous agent so decided to switch to Ashington Page and we're delighted that we did. After months of little interest in our house, the team at Ashington were brilliant at generating viewings quickly despite restrictions due to covid, resulting in two offers we were very happy with. Always polite and responsive, Angela was really pro-active throughout the process of selling right through to completion, keeping us informed at every step. It was invaluable to have their support and guidance through what can be a really stressful time. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Truly profesional experience

Our experience recently using local Agents Ashington Page has shown them to be truly outstanding.

From the very beginning the team in the office worked well together and feedback was prompt and professional.
Angela Robinson the Senior Administrator showed us personable guidance and care, beyond the normal care one would expect.
She was always there for us whatever the time of day from beginning to completion and the photographs taken of our property were excellent and much admired.
Exchange and completion have arrived. We would have no hesitation recommending Ashington Page to anyone considering a house move.

A Complete Service

Ashington Page not only helped purchase the property but they have looked after the rental and admin for me for over 10 years. In that period they've always been extremely focused, helpful and a joy to work with. I couldn't have done it without their cheerful professionalism. I can't recommend them highly enough to any potential landlords.
