Very organised and professional rental department

We have rented a house out through Ashington Page for the past 3 years with 2 different tenants. They managed the property extremely well and dealt with any maintenance problems as they arose and always kept us informed. Would recommend their rental agency services.

Fantastic Service

Selling a house from 700 miles away in the midst of COVID restrictions could have been a nightmare...... but wasn’t .
Right from day 1 Tracey and the team were constantly reassuring, efficient and helpful.
They responded quickly to every query from us and resolved promptly any issues that arose during the sale process.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashington Page

I purchased my new home through Ashington Page in January 2021. Due to Covid-19 and various delays the process became drawn out and stressful. Ashington Page were in constant contact with me and offered practical and proactive support. Tracey maintained oversight of the transaction throughout the process and even assisted with engaging with the rest of my chain. When I went for viewings of the property, I found the agents (Lisa and Tracey) to be professional, friendly and I didn’t feel rushed in my viewing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashington Page and would definitely use their services if I sell my home in the future.

Outstanding professionalism and excellent service - a class of their own.

I have bought and sold several properties over the years and I have never encountered such consistent professionalism and excellent service as has been demonstrated by Ashington Page (again!). Right from the start, we received great advice, fantastic support and absolute superb service. In my experience, no other estate agent has ever come close. Ashington Page stand in a class of their own.

My experience with estate agents hasn’t been the best but dealing with Belinda and the team was completely stress free. Regular updates and some really sound advice made this process very easy from the day I put my house on the market and I was completely comfortable all the way through as Belinda was there to answer any of my questions/ concerns at any time, I would absolutely recommend Belinda and the Ashington Page team to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

Very professional

Overall Ashington Page proved to be highly professional, helpful and very experienced. No aspect of the marketing was too much trouble, from changing any photographs or text to providing a professional video of our property.
The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful, always responding to emails and phone calls promptly. Good advice was readily offered.
Once under offer there was excellent follow-up and communication with ourselves, the buyer, other Estate Agents and solicitors.

Excellent estate agents

AshingtonPage provided a very professional, quality, service from the very start of preparing the marketing materials, including a high quality brochure and virtual tour, through the offer/acceptances negotiation to ultimately reaching contract exchange.
They were good at communicating with us throughout the process and this helped us through some of the trickier aspects of the sale. It seemed their communication and understanding of the process drove the other professionals in the transaction to a successful conclusion. The regular updates eased our stress at times of uncertainty. This was greatly appreciated by us as it was in stark contrast to the communication we had with other professionals.

Sale of House

ASHINGTON PAGE sold our house for us. They were very professional in their approach. We had great communication through out the sale. Things got a bit wobbly at the end but this was sorted by Belinda very quickly. We have no problem recommending them to everyone.
