Highly recommended

It is the first time I have used Ashington Page but would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area. They provided a very professional and friendly service in ensuring that the transaction went smoothly.

Very impressed

I have worked with many estate agents over the years and can honestly say that the quality of the service provided by Ashington Page is second to none. They are responsive, keep you informed and are generally a delight to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Absolutely fantastic!

Ashington Page could not have given us a better experience buying our first home! Their service is impeccable. Brilliant communication, they gave us very regular updates on the progress of our purchase, they went out of their way to get all the information we needed and to chase up with solicitors.
We were so pleased and they gave us so much more time, patience and effort than any other estate agent we looked with!
I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy to use this fantastic team, and we'd like to say a special thank you to Tracey Ashington for all the help she has given us through our purchase. Being first time buyers we were new to a lot of things and they have helped us to learn how to do it and been superb!
A huge thank you to you all from Amber & Daniel, and we will certainly be using Ashington Page again when we decide to sell and make our next purchase!

Going the extra mile

I have dealt almost exclusively with Belinda Tingle who has been incredibly pleasant to speak to and has been completely professional and extremely efficient. As soon as my mother's house was listed with Ashington Page (we changed from another agent) I felt confident that they would do a good job. Belinda's caring approach was ideal for my elderly mother and I am extremely grateful to her for going the extra mile.

I have bought and sold many properties and Ashington Page are the best I have ever dealt with. Estate agents often have a reputation for being economical with the truth but the staff at AP seem totally trustworthy and professional. The house was marketed quickly and efficiently and once it was under offer the transaction was monitored and moved along. Belinda Tingle made sure that all the loose ends were tied up at that difficult period just before exchange. Communication was excellent. Belinda was also exceptionally kind and knew exactly how best to help an elderly client who was finding moving difficult - without being patronising.

A Big Thank You

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all the work you did getting us to exchange.
I know how hard you worked Belinda particularly as a go between and we really appreciated your professionalism in a couple of sticky situations.

Throughout the process we felt well informed about what was going on and had fast efficient responses to all our queries and good calming advise throughout 😜
You should all be very proud of yourselves as a team and have given us a whole new view of estate agents from our views of 30 years ago !

Brilliant Job

We have had so much help from you. Belinda has kept things moving, kept us informed and done a brilliant job in keeping everyone in the chain up to date. She has chased solicitors, including ours. We have never had this service from any other estate agent

Very Pleasantly Surprised
