Outstanding Agent!

I just wanted to say that I thought Ashington Page were an exceptional Estate agent from start to finish! I was kept in the loop from viewings on our house right the way through to completion! Making the decision to sell your house can be quite difficult and finding the right agent that you can trust and will sell your home in its best light but Ashington Page really do have the cutting edge and I think are a step above there rivals. Having dealt with several agents in the past in the area I really do believe Ashington Pge are the only agent you should choose when selling your home. Thank you all and especially Belinda who was outstanding!
Thanks again and I'll be sure to recommend you in the future to friends and family.

Very impressed by the level of service throughout our purchase - prompt at returning calls and emails, always friendly and professional. Kept us informed at every point of the process. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

Very helpul throughout a stressful period

Had thought of a do it yourself sale, but glad I did not in the end as all staff were most helpful and gave good advise, even though the fees were more than bargained!
However no regrets.

Successful house sale

From a sales perspective I would highly recommend Ashington Page. The advice I was given was useful and accurate. All of my sales needs where met and done so with complete professionalism. Tracey was a pleasure to work with and she made the whole process stress free with her regular updates, her care for doing a good job and for her general niceness. She is an asset to the team.

Superb 5* service & support throughout

We have had superb support on our Seer Green sale from AP throughout. They are superbly efficient: replies by return; fast valuation, advertising & viewings; effective due-diligence checks of potential buyers. Lots of miscellaneous support: keys, buyer-access, advice on house-clearers, meter-readings etc. Importantly: if buyers try last-minute game-playing, AP stick by you.
