WHAT A DIFFERENCE !

WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!!!!!!

Estate Agents do not have a great reputation but WHAT A DIFFERENCE using Ashington Page in Beaconsfield.

We have used a number of Estate Agents in the past and they have been useless!
or in this PC world less than satisfactory.

Ashington Page are DIFFERENT ! They have great staff who are really helpful with quality advice and they are professional. Once you have decided buying or selling they keep you informed of the process. When and if its going off the rails they bring it back on track !

They help you find what you are really looking for and ask challenging questions from their experience to help the process

We would not use anyone else

Faultless Service

There was a lot of stress for everyone during the lockdown in March, and to add to this we sold our house during the first few weeks. Angela, Gareth, and their team were at hand throughout the sale, and made the whole process of selling stress free and faultless. Of course we had to move quickly when the market opened up again, and we had lots of support from both Ashington Page, and our buyers, right up to completion and beyond. Thank you, I highly recommend.

Best estate agent we’ve ever used

We had a fraught experience selling our house; our first buyers pulled out on the verge of exchange and then Covid-19 hit us. Once lockdown was over we had a good number of serious viewings, one of which resulted in a sale. Throughout, Ashington Page staff were excellent and Belinda gave outstanding service. I have no hesitation in recommending the agency - we think they are the best in the area.

Sale of property

It was easy to select Ashington Page to act for us because they were head and shoulders above the other two local estate agents I met. Belinda Tingle who led the service was very professional, approachable, friendly, responsive, provided excellent advice and was proactive especially in maintaining contact with the buyer and their solicitor as well as me in order to ensure good progress towards the exchange of contracts. All the other Ashington Page staff with whom I had contact were also most helpful. All in all Belinda and all the other staff provided excellent service so many thanks to all of them.

Extremely Experienced

The Ashington group is so professional and experienced and my dealings with the entire team has been a huge pleasure. The support provided was exceptional and I never had to worry about follow ups or whether any actions were being completed as communication was always timely and detailed and and Belinda and the team in the Beaconsfield office are organised and greatly understand the stress of purchasing a home and moving and they aim to assuage concerns along the way.

Commercially aware and prompt feedback

A very well organised firm who give prompt and detailed feedback post viewings. Realistic about pricing, offering a rare mix of pace, realism and a firm but diplomatic negotiation style.

Fantastic customer services since day one

I wanted to thank both the sales and lettings team at Ashington page. In particular Claire and Angela, Since working with them both over the last couple of years they have been nothing but professional. I would recommend Ashington page to anyone looking to sell/rent locally.

Would recommend

I brought through Ashington Page and Angela supported me through 3 chains. She was the only person able to keep my estate agent and the solicitors on track and also often provided me with personal advice. I would recommend to anyone looking to sell.

What a wonderful, warm and professional bunch of people. Everyone at Ashington Page did their best to help us with the house sale and found a buyer very quickly. We could not have wished for a better experience of something that could have been stressful, especially as we all went through lockdown. Angela did her best to steer the sale through smoothly despite that. Thank you to a brilliant team.
