Professional from start to finish

We have received a very high quality and professional service from start to finish. Highlights include (a) excellent quality of photographs compared to other agent listings (b) very responsive and quick to get us on the market as we had a house we wanted to secure (c) open day suited our needs and excellent marketing ensured a good volume of viewings (d) good quality viewings to achieve asking price (e) good communications regardless of who took our call - great teamwork (f) Tracy has been very professional, proactive and available. We are very pleased we selected Ashington Page to sell our house and will phone them when and if we move again.

Really good service

Ashington Page did a really good job of marketing our house over a tricky period around the Brexit referendum and we got an offer we were really happy with. They were then very active and persistent in getting the deal to exchange and completion despite a really tricky legal process down the chain.

Great sale and purchase in Beaconsfield

From start to finish the service was superb. A few days after we agreed to sell our house professional photos had been taken and the house was on the website. We received same day feedback after every viewing and once we had an offer with complete chain (6 weeks after going on the market) the sale progressed smoothly with Tracey and the team. With constant feedback and communication at every step of the way we would definitely recommend and use Ashington Page again in the future. Thanks, Dan

Very impressed

At our first meeting I was impressed by Angela and her colleague who displayed good market knowledge and gave sound advice which resulted in an early and good offer which has now proceeded to exchange. Throughout the process Angela kept in contact with me and the buyers and helped smooth the way through the buyers' inevitable queries and concerns.

Consistent Quality Over 5 Years

Ashington Page has been letting our home for over 5 years whilst we have been working and living abroad. The service that we have received from them during this time has been very good. They have found us two excellent tenants, and done so in reasonable timeframes considering the market, They are now managing the property for us as well, and as expats we feel very confident in their ability in ensuring that all goes smoothly for our tenants whilst we are out of the country. Given this is our UK home rather than an investment property, confidence in our agent is of the utmost importance, and we feel Ashington Page provide a much needed safe pair of hands to look after our home.

Gave us back our faith in Estate Agents!

After having an awful experience with another local estate agent, I cannot express how much of a breath of fresh air Ashington Page were! From the outset, their professionalism was clear; we had a professional photographer snap our property, regular updates (regardless of whether anything had happened that day or not), viewing appointment emails, feedback from viewers of our property (regardless of the outcome) and weekly marketing updates. Nothing was too much trouble! Tracey has also been tirelessly communicating with our buyer, us and the two solicitors to make sure our exchange went through as smoothly and quickly as possible given our timescales - something I've never known an estate agent to do before.

We felt like we had a team of friends on our side who had our best interests at heart. If you want a pain free sale with a wonderful bunch of individuals, I would strongly recommend Ashington Page! :)
