Professional and Thorough - Thanks!
Will, Craig and the Team handled the sale of my Mother's house with professionalism and remained fully focussed throughout. When the first offer fell through, they quickly re-marketed and secured a new offer in 2 days - at a higher price. Will kept us fully informed of progress and played a key role in moving the chain along to ensure a timely exchange and completion. Thanks very much to the whole Team!

Great service during uncertain times
I have recently purchased a property through GL & Co in Storrington, from the beginning they have been helpful, polite, kept me up to date with progress at all times and reassured me during these uncertain times. Will Papworth has made sure that I know how things are going, has helped with a difficult exchange and made sure things ran smoothly.
In these difficult times GL& Co have ensured that they keep to Covid guidelines and that everything is done in a safe manner.
Highly recommended, thank you for all your hard work.

You guys were amazing
We would highly recommend GL&Co. From the moment we commenced our sale negotiation right through to completion Will and his team were superb. Will dealt with all enquiries efficiently and swiftly and we managed to exchange and complete with the purchase in 3 weeks and 3 days - you can't get much better than that!

Great agents with personal touch
Super team lead by Craig Bellas . They make an effort to get to know their client and property . Always professional and work so hard . Even during Covid they performed better than other agents in village trying to liaise and complete sales .

Fantastic Service!
Angie and Tom and the team, have been fantastic working through COVID19 lock down to secure not one but two letting for me. Nothing was too much trouble and all negotiations were carried out with the utmost professionalism. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Extremely professional and helpful
Will Papworth has a friendly approachable demeanour and was extremely helpful and professional throughout our entire purchase. From arranging the first viewing to collecting the keys,all the staff at Guy Leonards provided a first class service. Buying a house can be a stressful experience at the best of times. Trying to do so during lockdown even more so ! Throughout it all Guy Leonard continued to provide behind-the-scenes support and kept us fully informed every step of the way.

Fantastic professional and personal service from start to finish
Would highly recommend!
During the Covid pandemic Craig continued to look after the sale and keep all parties duly informed.
Very patient and good advice given when the negotiations became "difficult" - the sale of the house was to be agreed due to a marital split.
Very pleased with the overall selling price, which in comparison to other agents, was higher and realistically achievable in the market.

Seamless process
This was the first time I had rented a property for over 10 years, and I'm pleased to say Angie made the whole process so seamless and straight forward. She was always available and had time to talk me through each stage thoroughly, so I always felt informed and in control. She was able to get me a viewing on the very day I registered interest in a property and ten days later I am now in my new rental accommodation. I can not recommend Angie and the team at GL & Co enough. Thank you very much for all your efforts!

GL estate agents and in particular Craig Bellas have an amazingly strong focus on delivering exceptional value to customers by offering clients in depth knowledge and trustworthy advice.
Craig has a deep understanding of the house market and has exceptional skills and ability to be able to professionally provide clients with an in depth knowledge of all matters arising within the sale and purchase of all different types of properties. This skill enables Craig to more than adequately address both the personal and professional needs of his clients.
GL itself provides a well tailored service that is concentrated solely on assisting their clients from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is a wow factor.
Craig’s caring attitude to his clients not only reassures them but also makes house moving stress free and uncomplicated. Right from the start, I received great, efficient and a helpful service. I can't thank you enough. Any questions were quickly answered, the DocuSign service was a convenient way of signing the contract, and health and safety was always a priority. I was surprised by how smoothly everything went.
