Simply the best...

When we were planning the sale of our house in Storrington we did a survey of 5 agents. It quickly became clear that Craig at GL& Co was on a different page to all the rest. Our judgement was well rewarded. His valuation was accurate, his communications were consistent and clear and the whole transaction was achieved in a smooth, timely and professional way, which went well beyond the normal role of an Estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig - he looked after the house, turned the heating on, arranged rubbish removal and even read the meters! Even in hindsight I cannot think of any aspect of the sale that could have been done better. Thanks Craig...simply the best !

Friendly professional service

From first contact through to completion of sale we received a friendly professional service. Kept up to date each step of the way, good advice about all aspects of house sale, very helpful and made the process as easy as possible. As we were based more than 2 hours away they did not hesitate to let the trades people, house clearance, cleaners etc in when needed which saved us hours of travel and stress - which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend the team.

Nothing too much!!!

Recently moved to rented accommodation in Storrington. GL have been fantastic. Special thanks to Laura who I found to be professional, smart and so helpful. Also thanks to Tom, who I dealt with less but also found to be professional, smart and so helpful. From start to when I received the keys these two individuals made everything so smooth and easy at a personally challenging time. I thank you both for your excellent help. In my opinion both personify what a good customer experience is all about.

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We took advantage of the excellent discreet marketing service for both our purchase and sale and this worked wonderfully for us. Craig @ Storrington was superb, as were all of the members of the team that we had dealings with. Communication, advice and enthusiasm was excellent at all stages. I would have no hesitation in whole heartedly recommending GL&Co.

Highly professional and above and beyond great team

Moving from our family home of 20 years is very exciting but also a big deal!
Dealing with all of the team at Guy Leonard & Co made our experience so positive and stress free. They got the right balance between acting in the best interests of their client (the seller) and us as buyers and consistently went above and beyond to support us and get this over the line. If was such a personable and personal service from such lovely people, we felt like we were the only people they ever dealt with!
Thank you to all at GL & Co for helping us to find and land our new home.

First class service

We were lucky to have Nadine represent us as our GL agent. She sold the house before it even went onto the market. She kept the sale together through several ‘breakdowns’. She pressured the solicitors to do their jobs in a timely fashion. Without her our sale and purchase would never have completed. First rate communication. From day one we knew we were in safe hands. I’m sure all GL team are great but if you get the chance ask for Nadine.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Could not fault the staff at GL&Co from the viewing through to us buying our dream home. Will looked after us keeping us updated weekly on how the process was going and updating where he could giving us complete confidence in the process which, is usually stressful but he made it feel the complete opposite. Highly recommend using the team to anyone looking to buy their dream hkme.

Very good

Nadine conducted our sale efficiently, in a professional friendly manner. Her communication was timely and informative. When we had to contact the office, other staff were aware of our sale, friendly and helpful. All messages were passed on and acted on. Would definitely use GL & co again.
