Letting in difficult times

Angie worked tirelessly during the lockdown to complete the letting of my house. With everyone having to follow distancing guidelines, it was a difficult situation. With a great deal of patience and professionalism, Angie, (helped by Tom) managed to complete all the necessary paperwork and organise the inspections etc and my new tenant moved only two weeks later than planned.
I would highly recommend the lettings team to anyone who asked!

Have kept us well informed as the tenancy has progressed, and dealt with any issues promptly.
Very personable and knowledgeable team.

GL has worked with the family for many years for property purchases and rentals.

I had great service from all the staff that I dealt with! Particularly since our situation was a little bit different to normal. We were assisted to find a way around the problems and are happy to moving into our little flat tomorrow!!!

Our Beautiful forever home!

Following a very lengthy protracted journey, we finally found our forever home! Having registered with several agents in the area the team at Guy Leonard, realising we had set our hearts on West Chiltington and knowing our excellent purchasing position, persevered to support and guide us through the search for our new home. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed on 3 purchases as the vendors turned out to be reluctant and indifferent to actually move! However Craig, Peter and Isobel continued to help us in our search and finally after more than a year they recommended a beautiful new build bungalow that matched our requirements and was readily available. Initially however we didn’t fully appreciate this, but following a second visit, reassurance from Isobel and guidance from Peter and Craig we decided to proceed. We finally moved 3 weeks ago and helped by a very warm welcome from our neighbours we have quickly settled and realise we have made the right decision. Thank you all again at Guy Leonard!

Storrington Purchase

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough to anyone selling or buying. Craig worked relentlessly on driving a fairly complex purchase through ahead of Christmas, continually managing expectations and keeping in contact with me and the developer all but daily. Notably for me, as I buy into people, Craig genuinely acted and delivered as if it were his own family buying the property. I did not have to chase or question a thing as the communication was constant and accurate every time and his experience clearly enables him to preempt the inevitable challenges of the UK system.

Craig has a refreshing passion for the Sussex area he covers, people's fit, and naturally goes the extra mile, including making sure you're settled long after completion day.

Great communication & professionalism resulted in record 8 days to get to the point of exchange.

Huge thanks to Craig for all his hard work on getting this purchase though. With a steely determination, a very helpful and cooperative seller, and a plenty of communication between all parties involved, we managed to get the purchase ready for exchange in a record breaking 8 days !! if only all estate agents worked in such a manner ! Thanks again Craig.

Craig has been amazing

Craig has been amazing. We have just brought our first home with GL & CO and have been lucky enough to have Craig’s support with this. He has offered really helpful advice, always kept us informed and been able to explain the process really clearly to first time buyers like us! I couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s been super flexible and worked around us which had been brilliant. Thank you for all your help
