A really hard move made bearable!
A long and difficult move helped by Simon's kind and professional support and cheerful manner. He followed up every question we asked and always returned calls and worked hard to get our eventual completion. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t have asked for more
Simon is the most approachable, professional, welcoming person and we are so grateful for everything he has done for us. We bought our new home from him this year and highly recommend Simon to anyone! We also dealt a little with Brandon who was also extremely polite and professional. Thank you so much for everything!

I couldn't be more happy with the support and guidance I received and the commitment that Simon showed to sales progression. I would like to say a massive thank you to Brandon for his personal, professional, always patient service in securing my new home for my children & I
I was probably one of the most needy clients he’s ever experienced given my all too frequent requests to push the sale on whilst the new builds were still being completed.
He was always, polite and patient & incredibly efficient in returning my emails & dealing with my less than professional solicitor and mortgage lenders who were failing me at times.
He was a god send in a very difficult time for my family, going over & above in his support in getting us in by Christmas. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Efficient and professional
For a number of years, Guy Leonard have acted for us in managing a property. Our last tenant left, having been in the property for some seven years. GL were very efficient in finding a new tenant, carrying out the relevant searches, dealing with the utilities and in/out inventry and ensuring that this was done as quickly as practical, as this was over the Christmas period. Issues which came up were dealt with quickly. We continue to be pleased by the GL team dealing with our property.

5 Star Service
Brandon went above and beyond to ensure purchasing my first home went as smoothly as possible. He was extremely patient, offered lots of useful advice and was easily contactable from start to finish. Brandon was very pro-active in communicating with both myself as the purchaser, my legal team and his clients (the developer/seller) keeping things on target as much as was within his power. He made the entire process as stress free as possible.

Top quality service
All the staff at GL&Co in Storrington are absolutely wonderfully. Our never-ending questions were answered in a detailed and timely manner. We felt like we were in good hands. From booking viewings, answering questions, finalising agreements - nothing was too much for the team. We were also treated to a lovely welcome box on arrival. We would go as far to say that we will only use GL&Co going forward. THANK YOU for proving top quality service!
