We have to say a very big thank you to Nadine with all her help in our purchase of Robins Nest,2 Hazelbank, Ashington. From our first meeting when Nadine met us for our viewing of Robins Nest she has been totally professional, approachable and has gone out of her way to assist us whenever she can. We cant thank her enough. Nothing was too much trouble for her.Thank you Nadine for all your assistance and kindness.

Highly recommendable estate agents
All aspects of sale of our property handled professionally. Communication was excellent throughout. Will was proactive in proceeding the sale, keeping us fully informed at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending G L & Co Estate Agents.

Stands out head and shoulders above others
Craig has been invaluable to us in our search for a property in Storrington - he understood our needs and matched us up with the ideal property. Throughout the Covid crisis over some 11 months Craig has communicated very regularly and effectively with us. I put him in the top 1% of anyone I have ever worked with for his tenacity, communication and ability to solve problems. The outcome is a result that both seller and buyer are very happy with and this transaction has not been without its challenges. GREAT JOB!

We dealt with Craig for the purchase of our dream home and we cannot thank him enough in securing our dream home. Dependable and effective service
The sale of our family home was severely impacted by the C19 crisis. Our first sale through another agent fell through at start of first lockdown, and that agency were uncontactable. GL managed to continue to do some business as were able to act swiftly for us as soon as lockdown ended. They were on the end of the phone and email and always responded swiftly. They got our house back on the market quickly while other agencies were still not open, and found us a buyer within few weeks. Although it took longer than expected to complete the sale, Craig was persistent in contacting all parties every week to push this sale along to a successful completion for which we are very grateful.

Craig was very professional at all times, keeping us well informed every step of the way and on the occasions I spoke to the rest of the team they were always very helpful. I would highly recommend Guy Leonard if you are thinking of selling your property.

Will gave us outstanding service keeping us updated at every stage of our purchase.Our sale was extremely frustrating with an agent who was unhelpful,without Will's help with our sale we would not have been moving into our new property.Thankyou for everything.
