Professional and Friendly Service
Regular communication and a very proactive approach from Brandon made the sale of my property hassle free. The regular updates throughout the process, particularly once the house was under offer, meant that I didn't need to keep chasing solicitors etc myself and the whole process went very smoothly. Extremely professional , attentive and efficient
I have dealt with with GL & Co for many years as a tenant and also when buying and selling property. I can only speak positively about the whole team. We commend Craig Bellas and his team for the professional way they went about the sale of our existing property and purchase of our new property.
Not only were they ahead of the game at times but the advice offered ensured we were not presented with many of the pitfalls that could accur when dealing with multiple individuals, solicitors and agents.
