We couldn’t have asked for more from Bedford’s

We contacted a couple of agents before we decided to market our property; Bedford’s were by far the most professional & normal so naturally we chose them. We always dealt with Paul, who was knowledgable, supportive, confident and attentive. Throughout the process he was impartial and kept both sides up to date.
We would without doubt choose Bedford’s again should we want to sell another property.

Sale of the Mill House

I found Ben and his team extremely professional as well as very friendly. The whole process from valuation to sale ran very smoothly, and Ben ensured that the proceedings moved at an efficient pace, keeping all parties abreast of the situationat all times. I have already recommended Bedfords to one of my neighbours, and would not hesitate to do it again. Thank you Bedfords!

Super Smooth Burham Market Property Sale

Having bought the property from Sarah it made sense to evolve the relationship with Sarah and Paul when we came to sell the property. Valuation Discussion, Sale Process and expectations were clear and honest. With the property on the marker we received a weekly update, feedback from viewings and were never left in the dark. And it worked, we accepted an offer within a month of advertising. An all round personable dedicated approach.. Thank you all so much.

Ben Marchbank was very professional and helpful from start to finish and our property sold in less than 2 weeks. Ben always responded cheerfully, professionally and quickly to our questions, liaised with the buyer when necessary and kept us updated. Recommended.
