Very impressed with the whole process

After recently purchasing a property through Bedfords we can honestly say we were incredibly impressed by the service we received at all times.
Victoria was very quick to respond to emails and was always helpful and offered advice when possible.
Sarah helped me by sourcing and providing answers to our queries and if a member of the team was away on annual leave, they ensured someone else got back to us who was also up to date with the stages of the property we were buying.
We were never made to feel under pressure or rushed, and the other members of Bedfords we spoke to were all very friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bedfords and we hope to use them again in the future.

Well(s) worth the wait!

Ben was brilliant throughout the purchase of our little Castle! A quick start was followed by a slow complicated conveyance, we all persevered and got it over the line in the end. I'd have no hesitation in using them again on the future.

Couldn’t fault the service and professionalism

We have had a fairly protracted sale experience, however, throughout this the whole team have been exemplary. They helped overcome a number of difficulties, remained professional at all times, and eased the sale through. It would not have happened without the great teamwork. We are very happy customers and would recommend Bedfords in Burnham Market. A heartfelt thank you from us

Outstanding Service

Sarah supported us through the protracted sale of our cottage. Nothing was too much trouble. She was always highly efficient, friendly and approachable throughout the process and gave us excellent advice. Sarah’s such a good communicator; she kept us extremely well informed and did a brilliant job in liaising with the agents for our vendors. Paul is spot on with valuation and goes to so much effort to get the best photos, even returning when the sun was in a better position for the outside shot! The whole team at the BM office (we also spoke with Tory and Ben) is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Although our property was small fry compared with many on the N Norfolk coast, we always felt like extremely valued customers and the service felt very personal. Thank you to you all.

Excellent service

Bedfords were recommended to me as the most professional estate agents in North Norfolk. My solicitor described the sale as one of the easiest they had been involved in and this was in no small part due to the exceptional service Bedfords offered.

Covid conditions

A friendly approach and guidence to both the vendor and the purchaser.

In a busy and fast moving market there's utter calm and professionlism from the offiice in difficult ”Covid” conditions.

Many thanks and of course it's Bedfords every time.

Purchase in North Norfolk

Paul and team stuck with it through a long completion process on our purchase, they supported us all the way. Good communication too. If we had a property to sell we would happily use Bedfords.
