Kindness and understanding during most stressful move on the planet.

Throughout an extremely stressful purchase, due to chains falling apart, Sarah was so kind and helpful. Once the chain was finally complete she went out of her way to give us information that would be essential to a couple moving from London with the attendant ignorance of agas, oil fired central heating etc. We could not thank her enough. She also put us in touch with builders, surveyors etc. Thank you so much.

Amazing Team

This team could not have been more helpful in the purchasing of my property. In a time of uncertainty, they were still able to work magic and get me into my cottage within 8 weeks. They communicated well, always keeping me on top of what was happening so I felt as ease.

We were delighted in the way Bedfords handled the sell of our much loved home, in particular Ben's skills to navigate the complexity of each stage, especially during a major covid pandemic.

We would highly recommend Ben at Bedfords as a 'Go to Agent' in any circumstances when looking to sell in North Norfolk without any hesitation.

Stress free purchase

Fantastic service. Professional, polite, helpful. It was a pleasure to purchase a property through Bedfords, all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would use Bedfords for any of my future conveyancing needs without a second thought.

Paul and the team took care of the sale of both of our barns and they were both under quality offers within a surprisingly short space of time. All staff were very professional and kept us fully informed at all times. If you have a property to sell just instruct Bedford's to act in your sale you will not be disappointed!!

Highly recommended for buying and selling the best coastal properties in North Norfolk.

We would not hesitate to recommend Bedfords when looking to buy or sell properties along the North Norfolk coast. Ben and the team at Bedords proved to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the property market and their professional, honest, straightforward approach helped make the buying process much less stressful than it might have been.
