Hands on personal service

I would recommend Bedfords to anyone, it's nice to have the whole office working with you to achieve a sale right through to completion. Their approach I would say is more traditional (no gimmicks) and for me that makes it more personal for both the buyer and seller.

I have felt well cared for throughout the purchase

I have had a really excellent experience purchasing my new and longed for home with Bedfords as the agents for the seller. The thoughtful, caring and courteous treatment that we have received, every step of the way has been the best I have experienced in well over a year of property searching.
I felt that the advice and information I was given was clear and unbiased, if I were to need an agent to sell through in the future Bedfords would be my first choice.

Extremely good service throughout our recent purchase.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with throughout our recent purchase. He was always available to speak to ( or would ring back promptly ) and always gave friendly and helpful advice. We have also dealt with James at Bedfords during a previous (unsuccessful) bid on a property who was also professional and kept us well informed throughout the process.

Great communication all the way

We sold our father's house through Bedfords. We were impressed by the professional approach and how they were very proactive in keeping in touch with us. The whole transaction was long distance as we live 150 miles away, but that did not cause a problem at all. Couldn’t be easier, would highly recommend.

They'll look after you

We'd always recommend Bedfords as part of any home selling strategy on the North Norfolk coast.
