A difficult matter to progress - perhaps all involved could have and should have -put a little more pressure on buyers at an earlier to proceed - for example in relation to the much delayed survey. - transaction ultimately completed however so many thanks.

We got our Dream home

Thanks to Ben and the team at Bedfords we finally found and bought the property we had been looking for in North Norfolk. They helped us through the process and were always polite, professional and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Friendly support staff

We recently moved in to our first home in Holme. The team at Bedfords in Burnham Market were supportive and informative from day one. Particular thanks go to Elsbeth who met us on numerous occasions to view the property during the sales period and to Sarah, Ben and Paul who helped handle our account. Their friendly supportive approach of handling the purchase of the house, when the majority of discussion was over the phone and via email due to logistics was superior. A very happy family! Thank you Bedfords.

Friendly, responsive and commercially astute

I selected Bedfords after a competitive process for their knowledge of the market and because I was impressed by Ben Marchbank. He helped with a lot of informal advice before the property was put on the market, and handled the sale negotiations very effectively. And everyone at Bedfords was always a pleasure to deal with.
