After trying other agents, who we thought were professional, we went to Bedfords who took professionalism to another level. We were kept informed at every step of the transaction and were updated at least once a week with progress reports. The advice given was always constructive, relevant and in our best interest.
We would not hesitate in recommending Bedfords as they take customer care seriously, and it is proven by their results.

I was impressed from the outset when the 2 staff members, who were to present my property, asked if they could familiarise themselves with my home before marketing began. From then on it was only Rachel and Mimi who handled my sale, my "go to" people who were responsible totally for all enquiries and viewings. Once sold I had Rachel's complete support. All together they are a great team - a 100% professional and caring service all the way through.

In today’s market, particularly where chains can be weak, it was appreciated when staff ( in both sales, Mimi) went that extra mile to make things happen and achieve the results we wanted. Thank you.

Bedford's were acting for the owners selling the home we have purchased so were not technically employed by us as their customers. We were dealing with Rachel Lapworth as our main contact. Absolutely outstanding service, regular updates and contact when things changed - put the service from our own estate agent to shame!! There were a few things in the chain that took several months to iron out along the way, with 5 potential moving dates before we finally got there. Rachel was excellent, thinking outside the box to try and get to exchange and being considerate of our personal situation with a business and young family. The next time we need these services our first port of call will be Bedford's, really outstanding cannot thank you enough.

We purchased our property through Bedford’s and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From the initial greeting to meetings arranged with the developer and architect to completion everything went smoothly.

The weekly sales progression call is an excellent way of ensuring any possible unnecessary delays are avoided - particularly solicitors passing on and not acting on info, on both sides! Much appreciated.
